So, Dallas was very helpful; she's not the issue. I went to log into my account, and it said there was no account associated with my email address. But there should have been. I ended up creating a new account with that email address, then decided there must be a problem and called customer service. IT did a superficial investigation, and got it wrong. They responded I had problems logging in, and then I successfully logged in. They never looked to see if the account was newly created, and still need to look at my previous orders (order numbers provided) to determine why my account was deleted.

Had some issues with the tracking not working, and when my knife got in it was the wrong steel. I was however given a few options on how I could fix the situation ranging from a return and reship, to an amount returned to me. I wound up taking the return which I thought was a generous amount. Helped secure me as a repeat customer!
