I had accidentally bought twice on an order and I wanted to return one of those items. I had called the customer service and they were understanding and gave me a return label with the shipping paid for. Best company for blades family and I can find so far

I bought the Kershaw launch 4 and The delivery got lost so I contacted customer service and I reached DALLAS which she was a great help and handled my case wonderfully she re-ordered me my knife and got me my knife with in four days. I received my life and I love it. I have a few Kershaw launch series's and love them, I will continue to order from blade HQ and I have ordered from them In with them in the past I now have a launch 16 and 4

On 3rd day after ordering I contacted BHQ only to find out my order hadn't been sent. They fixed the problem and changed the price from $91 to $86 but then forgot the free patch for orders over $85. Also my credit card still has a pending charge for $91

I and my brother have collected quite a few knifes all purchased at blade hq. Their customer support has been great thru out my collection. They always keep updating their site with new items. I would highly recommend their website.

I purchased a knife on sale only to find the knife further went on sale not too long after. I asked if I could receive store credit but apparently I was past the time allotted for receiving compensation for the difference in discount. Regardless, I was given half the difference in discount with a timely response. It was very kind.

Jen was very friendly and explained / answered my question. But I was left disappointed that a non-knife related item could not be shipped to me in Canada. My only option is to wait until I'm headed to the US and hope the item is still on sale then

I love Blade HQ, until they got rid of layaway. They still have great service and employees just now they suck since they got rid of layaway. Dang. I work hard just don't make much moolah and layaway was great. Other than my lil rant if you got money buy from BHq they great!
