A knife I order came in with some wear damage. When asking for a replacement, Jen of customer service quickly responded and just refunded the price of the knife and the shipping. I didn't have to return the damaged knife. That was unexpected and a refreshing experience from a company. I will certainly be purchasing from Grindworx/BladeHQ in the future.

I placed a medium sized order (mostly Christmas presents) that stated it was delivered, but no package was ever received. I just received an email from Kim F. Of Blade HQ's customer service team letting me know that they processed a full refund for the order. That is great customer service and why I will continue to buy all of my knives from them!

*Update: After changing my review from a 5 to a 1 star, the company reached back out and agreed to do the right thing. Something an ethical company should have done all along. It's just unfortunate that it took this for them to do anything. Since I don't like playing these silly games, I'm only upping this to a 2 star. This changes nothing for me. I'll continue to shop the four other great websites.
I really wanted to like this company. I was set on only ordering from them. And, I spend more than I like to admit on knives every year. However, through multiple communications with them, it became painfully obvious that they did not value me as a loyal customer. Unfortunate. This is their loss, as there are numerous other great online knife shops that I will be using instead. Move along and find a more deserving company to do business with.
