I needed to place an order for an item that recently went off sale. I sent customer service asking if I could not expecting to hear back for a couple of days. Jen at Blade HQ customer service almost immediately responded and told me how to go about getting the old sale price. I placed the order and the next business day Jen confirmed I was getting the sale price. I have NEVER had a bad experience when dealing with Blade HQ or their customer service reps. I had an issue (of my own making) with an order and sent an email on a Saturday (12/21/24) not expecting to hear back until the following week. Kim in Customer Service responded to my email almost immediately and resolved the issue! This is the second time this holiday season that Blade HQ has helped me out. You guys are GREAT and the customer service is fantastic. I will always give my knife business to Blade HQ.

Answer: Hi. All restrictions are built into our checkout process. If you are able to successfully check out, we will ship it. :) Unfortunately, if you can't checkout, then that means that we will not be able to ship it :(
