You have to call if you want results. Takes way to long to get responses over email whereas over the phone it's immediate and they're very helpful.

I received a knife that either had a bad bearing or defective Detent. Either way I was unable to open the knife with thumb studs (the only deployment method). I contacted Blade HQ customer service and they offered a return for FULL REFUND! I opted for that option, They emailed me a return slip. I sent the knife back and was issued a FULL REFUND in less than a week! Blade HQ customer service is THE BEST! They have no peer! As a postscript: I immediately purchased another knife within minutes of getting my refund! I just can't do enough business with these guys and gals! I know they will always lookout for their customers and I feel like I'm part of a family when shopping with them!

I had an issue with my initial order and tracking number saying that my order wasn't being picked up by UPS. However with a quick call an and exchange of my old order number they squared away all the issues and provided me with my actual order and tracking number! I ordered a Extrema Ratio T4000 C (O/N BHQ-*******)for $252.00 and forgot to enter the promo code (Power Pint) for a free SOG Power Pint Mini Multi Tool. I reached out to see if I could amend my order to include the promo code and Jen N. Jumped right in! She resolved the issue in an extremely positive manner in no time flat and my free promo SOG Power Pint Tool is on the way. Any time I've ever had an issue with an order with something some stupid question HQ has been just outstanding personable, professional, and very patient with me. I am hard of hearing in fact I have profound hearing loss the last time I young Mr. Zack was just unbelievable unfortunately customer service like this is not a standard and most industries

The refund process is very fast and I had no issues they even gave me a direct refund even though I said store credit is perfectly fine as I like getting my knives from them. I am definitely going to be making more purchases from them in the future
