Always great customer service. Never a hassle. Good communication, which for me is key.
I saw a knife advertised on FB, the seller claimed to be with Blade HQ, so I assumed a reputable seller. Upon completion of the sell, a brick & mortar picture appeared of a "Knife Shop" and stated the knife was preparing to be shipped. A day later I emailed Blade HQ of what I believed to be someone hacking or falsely claiming affiliation on social media. The response was, "it appears you were scammed" basically " hope you do better next time". Unacceptable! You build a reputation by being genuine! And fighting off piracy!
Hopefully I receive this knife, as promised and the quality is what was advertised. I'll tell you this, if not, I'll find other companies to do business with in the future.

I received emails that told me my package should be delivered by a certain date it never arrived never arrived I finally talked to the company and the customer service they got back to me very quickly and he stayed with me right till the package was delivered telling me everyday the the progress that my package was making and he was very courteous helpful and it was very good customer service too bad more companies aren't like them. I'm sure he's a busy and it was very nice for him to keep track of me throughout the days till I got the package I'm very thankful that customer service is like that.

Blade HQ is good, staff are good. I ordered a knife, USPS don't give updates for days at a time, you can't contact them, Still don't know where my package is. Been a month. I wont be using Blade HQ again, not going through this again. Other companies have far better shipping options.

At this time, USPS is the only shipping carrier we’re able to offer for international orders, but we absolutely recognize the limitations and are actively exploring additional options for the future. It looks like your package has had two delivery attempts, and hopefully it will be delivered successfully soon!

I continue to be impressed with BladeHQ's service department. Multiple times now I've had to contact them because of mistakes in my order that were my fault. I ordered on June with a FedEx delivery date June 30. Well that date did not happen. Next it was July 5th. Then July 9th then July 10th and now July 11. I live outside Atlanta with the order coming from Kennesaw Georgia. But lo and behold FedEx instead of sending it to me and Georgia FedEx decided to ship everything to Mobile, Alabama. I have talked to many of the customer service reps, at blade HQ and they all have been extremely polite and nice but they don't run FedEx. Today Melissa saved me from the FedEx shipping black hole and I cannot say how much I appreciate her and the and blade HQ customer service
You can only tell a merchants worth when things go wrong. I can buy knives at millions of places but I will buy from a company like Blade HQ who looks after their clients.

I accidentally ordered the wrong knife. I called customer service to see if I could return it. Cloey set that was no problem and sent me a prepaid return shipping label. I was very happy with the service I received and look forward to doing business with them again.

Reached out to the info email. Got back to me the next day with a detailed response. Then email traffic from there on was very fast. Called to place my order and it was an easy experience. 100% will purchase from BladeHQ again.
