I can typically find what I want, and at a good price. Shipping is slow through USPS and not their issue but would recommend UPS, or FEDEX.

I had purchased an AKC F-16 that the switch had broken off of. I contacted customer service and they informed me That I could ship it back and return it for in-store credit or a refund since I was still within their return window. They were very helpful and patient along the way! Just ordered another knife using the in-store credit!

First time I buy from BladeHQ and I can only speak highly of it, super courteous and helpful staff, the only criticism I can make but which generally concerns purchases from the United States is that buying from Italy there are more or less long waiting times and customs but the American market is full of fantastic blades.

Called in and spoke to Zach who was very helpful, easy to talk to, and quickly took care of my issue. When my replacement item was ready to ship I got an email from Cloey. She explained the process and also gave me the tracking number for my replacement.
