I asked if a particular knife was hard to open with one hand, and a day later after checking a brand new one out of the box, someone checked & proceeded to call me back with an answer to my question... excellent customer service!

I reached out about incorrect specifications being posted on a knife I purchased, and they refused to be corrected and sent me a picture with an improperly calibrated caliper measuring the knife to reflect the advertised specs. They offered a return and refund, but still have not updated the website.

They're good to customers and Work with you if possible They have them everything that they know to do and to make a Simples mistake I made To go away. Where I could get my item. I bought 2 Knives from them great knives but my hands were to big for them and I could not work them easily so I called to see if I could return them and they agreed and I returned them and they even paid for return shipping thank you Blade HQ
