I asked if a particular knife was hard to open with one hand, and a day later after checking a brand new one out of the box, someone checked & proceeded to call me back with an answer to my question... excellent customer service!

I bought 2 Knives from them great knives but my hands were to big for them and I could not work them easily so I called to see if I could return them and they agreed and I returned them and they even paid for return shipping thank you Blade HQ
