Out of box failure

Ordered Benchmade knife and received quickly from BladeHQ. Defective axis bolt so requested return and purchase of different knife. Customer support was excellent. This started one week ago and I have already received new knife and notice that refund for first knife has been processed. Couldn't have done it much better.

I promptly received a replacement for a CJRB Pyrite Bowie which came through perfectly. It was replacing one that had a minor defect. I was having a problem on my end in returning the original knife so I sent out an email to customer service letting them know that I was sorry for the delay in returning the defective knife. I got a reply from Kim, she told me not to worry and that she was pleased to hear that my replacement knife was perfect. I appreciate her prompt, cordial reply and the service I have gotten from BladeHQ, it made my day...
