Ordered Benchmade knife and received quickly from BladeHQ. Defective axis bolt so requested return and purchase of different knife. Customer support was excellent. This started one week ago and I have already received new knife and notice that refund for first knife has been processed. Couldn't have done it much better.

I promptly received a replacement for a CJRB Pyrite Bowie which came through perfectly. It was replacing one that had a minor defect. I was having a problem on my end in returning the original knife so I sent out an email to customer service letting them know that I was sorry for the delay in returning the defective knife. I got a reply from Kim, she told me not to worry and that she was pleased to hear that my replacement knife was perfect.
