Blade HQ tells me that you as the retailer of the Lightning Elite are not aware of the problem I'm having with the knives. That maybe I should contact the manufacturer. I would have thought, that you as the retailer, wanting to keep your customers happy, would have offered whatever it took to " keep your customer happy". Have ya'll never heard the saying, "the customer is always right"? Hmmm? Guess not

I was told they offer discounts to first responders, military, and medical responders. I sent proof of my employment and was told it didn't count. I was a trauma nurse in the army for 5 years and have worked in the medical field ever since. Very disappointed to receive no help.

I ordered a Microtech Troodon and paid for 2 day delivery. After 2 days after ordering the knife and paying for it in full the order hasn't even started to be processed. After 2 days I cancelled the order and it still was no where near being shipped.
I received the not so good service and I would not recommend anyone to this company

I contacted the service for a small problem with a Spyderco knife. Due to the fact that I can't return it, since I am in Ukraine, there was not a small, but a big problem. But the service went to the meeting, to compensate me for the amount. I am thankful.

A knife was delivered to me that had been previously opened, all packaging removed, no data sheet, or cleaning cloth provided. When I complained I was given a bull$#*! response that the seller replaced the spring and that's why it was opened. Never buy from crooks.
