I've been mildly addicted to sharp and pointy things for almost four decades now, and BHQ has become my go-to when I need my fix! Great selection, prices, and shipping! I enjoy the entertaining/informative videos and well educated op-ed pieces. They've worked their way into some daily screen time and are on a very short list of emails I actually look forward to seeing in my inbox, even though it usually ends with me pressing the "Submit Order" button...lol!

I wish I could give negative stars. I had a large order placed for some early Christmas shopping and had it dropped at my doorstep apparently and it was stolen. Why on earth wouldn't they require a signature or put it in the lock box? Keith from customer service suggest that move to a safer neighborhood, ship it to an address that's not my own, or drive over 45 minutes on my own time and dollar when I get off of work and pick it up myself, then drive back another 45 minutes.

As ALWAYS I received an outstanding experience with BladeHQ from the order to the delivery the service was GREAT. There was a problem with the payment to BladeHQ and their service was quite prompt letting me know what was wrong and I was able to fix it quickly keeping my order in que.I received the order quickly without any interruptions.

My blade wouldn't open and close properly, and when I told this to BladeHQ, they recognized the problem as the blade having gotten off track. They told me how to fix it. It worked and it was simple, but I never would have thought of it if I hadn't been told. Great service!

While excitedly awaiting my order from Blade HQ I noticed that my balance didn't add up correctly for the items that I had ordered. Not understanding the discrepancy I called the customer service line and waiting mere minutes to have my question answered.
I was happy to have Hannah answer the phone. While I asked about a 5 dollar discrepancy she/they calmly and patiently allowed me to speak on the matter. After I finished ranting it was explained that the 5 dollars had been used as a down payment holding fund for an item that was awaiting delivery from the manufacturer and that order will be filled when it arrived. When asked about having that order cancelled and my money refunded Hannah obliged without comment. While doing so I took the time to read the actual statements FULLY visible on the website about how 5 dollar holds are NON-REFUNDABLE. Hearing that Hannah had refunded that money, in her words, as a courtesy, was nothing short of exemplarily customer service. I will continue to make purchases from Blade HQ with out hesitation and complete confidence solely due to Hannah's excellent service.
TL:DR Didn't read the website close enough and Hannah saved the day. Will recommend to others to buy from Blade HQ
