Actually they were so helpful and caring to solve my problem and trying to give me lot of solutions until i was satisfied I respect this company and i love all the furnitures its really great in looks and material and princess I recommend this company

I searched high and low for a particular dining set that I wanted, and came across it on BisonOffice, and it was almost $1,000 cheaper! I was skeptical since it was so much less than any other site I found, plus I had never heard of this business before. Well, I couldn't be happier with my decision! The set arrived to me in perfect condition, but one of the chairs was the wrong color. I let customer service know, and May was able to get the correct one delivered to me the very next day! I was shocked. We then sent back the wrong chair with the shipping code she provided, with no issues at all! I will definitely be ordering from Bison Office again, not only for the quality products, but the amazing customer service provided by May!

These people are unethical and are only out to get your money. I purchased a gazebo that was falsely advertised as 11x11 feet. When I went to the manufacture's site to look at specific dimensions. I couldn't find any 11x11 gazebos that matched the image of the one I had purchased. Right away, I reached out to Bison for model and and number to check on dimensions. They only provided this info after item had shipped and I refused delivery. Turns out, they copied the description and details from a totally different gazebo, rather than the one originally provided by the manufacturer. If you look up the model number online(Sunjoy A *******), you will see that the description AND dimensions does NOT match the one they have posted.*The actual Sunjoy description can be seen in Tractor Supply's listing below. They claimed that I was responsible for returned shipping and a 15% restock fee. The gazebo was $1588. 90, so I was out to lose a lot of money. They claimed that they didn't issue full refunds for customers who had a "change of heart." Liars and scammers. Fortunately, I paid with Paypal so I was able to file a dispute. I was able to provide enough evidence to support my claim and they ruled in my favor and I was issued a full refund. Had I paid with my debit card, I would have been out hundreds of dollars.

Amazing service! I had an issue with a piece of the Martin Twin over Twin Bunk Bed Arched Design - Sea Foam that I purchased and I had zero problem not only reaching customer service quickly but also getting a new piece shipped out ASAP. Also, the quality of the final product is outstanding. This is the best experience that I have had with any company in quite some time. I would highly recommend!

Ordered most of a dining room set from Bison Office because they were much cheaper than the competition. When the table top showed up the glass was cracked. Customer service was very responsive via email and got me a replacement less than a week later. A stand-up company. Buy with confidence.

I usually don't write reviews but we were so happy with the receipt of the 4 Tobias Black & White Rattan Counter Stools for our newly renovated kitchen that I felt I had to. They are of high quality, packaged beautifully and securely and surprisingly "rattan" convincing! I did a great deal of comparison shopping and these did nothing but satisfy us in pricing, appearance, company communications etc. Recommend them highly!

I recently purchased a table from Bison that arrived damaged. I had the pleasure of communicating with Laura i Customer Service. Laura is an excellent communicator. She was very efficient and professional in replacing the table.

Received tropical style cabinet. Love it! Had a chipped corner from shipping incident. Customer service was right on it and offered me a full refund or replacement. Told them I'd take a partial refund to fix chip. Just what I was looking for!

Received my buffet/china cabinet few days ago. I was so happy with everything. No scratches, no broken glass (and there was a lot of glass) delivered earlier than expected. Delivery guy was awesome and brought it right in the house, which I don't think he had to. We had to hire couple guys to set the china cabinet on top of buffet. It was just too heavy for us older folks. But that was no big deal. Again couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience.

Unless you are ordering something small from this company that can be easily returned without eating the cost, I will warn you to NEVER order anything from this company like furniture. Their return policy does not allow you to refuse a shipment, cancel an order and you have to pay for shipment. I spent $600 on an item that is going to cost me $300 + to ship back plus I'll lose money for a restocking fee. I didn't realize how bad they were until after I made my purchase and then got my shipment that was damaged. I even took pictures and sent them. No regard at all and they refused to send me a shipping label.

I believe all the five star reviews they have are Fake. I ordered a bunk bed for my little girl a few weeks ago, and just last night, they send me an email saying that my card was not approved for this transaction, and they will not ship the product. What the hell does that mean? My card was charged $523.21, but not approved? A big thumbs up to Chase Bank for crediting my account, so I didn't lose any money, and a GIANT middle finger to BisonOffice for trying to scam me. AVOID THESE CROOKS!
