We purchased 4 chairs, a month later one broke. They were great with replacement and communication. We really appreciate it and will use Bison again for future purchases.

Ordered a dresser and had a bit of a disconnect with the carrier. Ernest at Bison Office was amazing! Made sure the item arrived and was in perfect shape. My second order from them... but there will be many more!

We purchased a coffee table from Bison in February (it's now September) and we noticed one of the legs had nearly completely snapped off making it a hazard. We didn't expect a refund for this, but once we explained our situation with pictures they were happy to send our money back to us and got back to us in a timely manner. Thanks to Laura for passing this info on to the quality department - hopefully nobody else has the same issue as us. But even if they did they're in good hands with this customer service department.

Recieved our stools, in great shape, assembled them and we were very happy with the whole process from start to finish!

Bison is extra ordinary! They actually communicate w/customers frequently they out the transaction. Couldn't have been more pleased.

One of the pieces of my end table I ordered had a crack in it. I contacted Bison and after sending them pictures and some info, they promptly sent me a replacement. Great communication. I would definitely do business with them again

It's likely you can find your product through any other store and I would say do that if you do not want the headache of a return. I used a link to purchase a table. I only realized it was the wrong color when it was sent (not sure how that happened considering I bought the same table a year ago through them with that link) and refused delivery. Now I'm being charged delivery plus a restocking fee that has taken forever to figure out! Save your money and headache and go through a different store.

Purchased a beautiful glass table from Bison Office (through Amazon) and a year later it spontaneous EXPLODED. I was in the room when it happened and all at once the table burst into a million tiny shards of glass. The max weight that was ever applied to it was a small stack of magazines. It took me 4 hours to clean up and over a month later I'm still finding glass in my living room (glass was found 13 feet from the table).

After 33 emails back and forth, and relentless phone calls, they finally agreed to a replacement and a $400 refund. I had to fight them at ever turn to compensate me for this nightmare of a scenario. They refused assembly so when the replacement arrived, the 198lb table was on a pallet and I had to try to get it inside my row home alone, while it was raining. I just opened it and it came with NO table legs, NO hardware, NO instructions. I already paid the $200 to have a junk truck pickup what was left of my last table so now I just have a tabletop sitting on the floor of my living room. In total, I would say this issue has cost me 15-20 hours of my time and it's still not over.

They do not deserve your business!

Shipping came fast and on time as promised. I got one uneven leg stool, after several emails exchange, I got a replacement without charge. It's my first time order from this seller and I will do business with them again.

I purchased a rug which upon arrival had a rip in the litter plastic. With all the rain the carpet was wet. I was nervous about getting my money back but Jay in the customer service department was very responsive to my request. Worked quickly and diligently and the entire refund process was quick and easy. Thank you Jay. This is how all customer service departments should work.

This company engaged in false advertisement of it's totes. Has unrealistic expectations for returns. Rip off in overpricing the products. Picture showed 6 totes when only one is what the price reflects.

HORRIBLE customer service. They never figured out what happened with my product BUT still didn't want to ship another one NOR refund my money. Over a week of back and forth and trying to toss the issue under the rug.

HORRIBLE experience that reflects the lack of attention, communication and professionalism. DONT shop here unless you want to go through hell.

Bison Office really knows how to take care of their customers! Laura from Bison Office provided excellent customer service. She is very friendly, helpful, and truly cares about keeping the customer satisfied. Would order from again!

We had an issue with damaged parts of our new bar height chairs. We contacted Bison Office and the customer service was outstanding! We sent photos of the damage and replacement parts were shipped quickly. Thank you to Laura at Bison Office for your constant communication!
