I purchased two bikes and received them well over two weeks ago. Both bikes were in disrepair after riding them for only a short distance. Don't try calling for assistance, they are not taking calls. After multiple emails including pictures and a video of the issues I have yet to receive a response. I finally took them both to the local bike repair shop and had both bikes fixed. I will never buy from this company again. Good luck on your purchase if you buy from bikeberry. I hope you have a better experience than I did.
Great customer service when trying to purchase bike. Bike arrived with bent forks/frame and gears clatter. Heard back from company once to say send pictures. We sent pictures and haven't heard a word. Of course you can't call anyone because of "COVID". Very frustrating. Think long and hard before ordering a bike here. The customer service sucks.
You cant talk sense into there brains they sent me 2 motors in 15x6 boxes and told me they sent my 26 in. Mag rim in it does this make sense to you? Im thinking ive been had sure there tracking number match the description of the content but there was no rim in it 2 boxes 1 for each motor just cause the box says rim doesnt mean theres 1 in it they wont listen to me so i guess im screwed it took so long to get them 1 excuse after another then they tell me i got it bull$#*! hows a 26 inch rim fit in a 15 in box blow me bike berry
I was severely injured, lost conciousness and had by new bike ruined by this companies rims and they sent my request to replace my bike and the rims which failed.
I was riding down the street on my new phatmoto bike when the rear wheel collapsed. I was thrown to the ground and knocked unconscious. When I came to I was in the hospital trauma unit and had amassed a 20,000 bill for emergency scans and other treatments. Upon retrieving my bike and examining it it was obvious what the problem was. The back axle is broken in the new back rim which then collapsed and resulted in the loss of consciousness and emergency hospital trip in an ambulance. Several days later upon contacting bikeberry they deny all responsibility refuse to replace my bike nor do they replace the rims. I had never even asked for my medical bills to be reimbursed simply the equipment caused by the failure of the back room that just sold me I would seriously advise no one buy anything from this company as they sell inferior products and refuse to cover damages caused by those inferior products I'm left with no choice other than to file a lawsuit against them which I am proceeding with
I cannot express how bad the customer service is. You may think at first that they are actually helping you. Soon you will realize that they simply respond to emails and do t actually follow through. They will lie through their teeth without blinking. The customer service lied so much I started to wonder if I was even talking to a real person. Don't waste your energy or money on this company they will only disappoint you and then lie about it afterwards.
I love the kit I got from you guys. The stage 4 kit has the power I need when I want it. Installation was a breeze.
I purchased a motor for my son was told 3 to 5 business days shipping. It shipped out 12 business days.
It won't even start!
I contact them and they want me to send it back and pay for shipping and a 15 percent restock fee.
Smh
First off, there is just no way that these reviews could be real.
1.) I had to wait over a month to receive the engine
2.) the engine didn't have any BikrBerry markings
3.) the engine ran for 20 mins, died, and is leaking gas out of it.
4.) pretty much 0 customer support. They were very responsive when I told them I wanted then to cancel the order because of how long it was taking. As soon as it had issues(immediately) they were ghosts.
5.) BUY FROM EBAY THEY HAVE TO HONOR THEIR PURCHASES
I ordered 2 engines back in april. They sent them through fedex, but they were never delivered. FedEx denied the claim to pay bikeberry to replace what was "lost" so bikeberry isnt refunding or replacing my order. I was awake and my front door was open all day when they supposedly delivered my package but the whole day no fedex or even any delivery company came to my door or complex that day. So now I am out almost 400$ because both fedex and bikeberry dont want to do the right thing and either replace my order or refund my money for me to go somewhere else. The only thing they will do is give me a discount to lose more money to not recieve an order again.
I didnt receive an item I bought. I have sent several emails and phone calls about this and still no answer
I ordered an engine kit and they never told me that it was out of stock. Then when I kept trying to email them they wouldn't answer. I'm trying to get my $200 back and they still won't answer. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an online order.
I received my bike, the pedals won't turn and the bike is completely unusable. I contacted customer service and they told me they would send a replacement. I never heard from them again. I had to open a case through PayPal and now they are saying they are going to send parts for my to try and fix it. I didn't pay $200 for a bike that is broken and I have to attempt to fix. I have sent pictures and videos of the unusable bike. I am completely willing to send back the broken bike for a replacement that works.
I bought a kit from them waited two weeks and only received the free upgraded bolts. I called and was told that the kit purchased was now out of stock and I could waite or get a refund. I chose a refund, now they are telling me they won't refund my money because of a free upgrade I received instead of the kit. Since I live in a rural spot it's really hard to get to the post office it's usually a once a week trip for me. I've asked twice already for them to charge me the 14.95 for the stupid bolts and refund me the rest. Finally 3 days later I get an email asking if I want them to just charge me the 14.95 and refund the rest. This company is completely unprofessional and shady. If you have to deal with Amelia good luck!
We received our 24 inch boys bike today and put it together - to some extent. There were parts missing. I suspect it was due to the parts bag being open and the overall container having many gaps at top, sides and bottom. The bike will be fine once I visit the hardware store and buy some substitute nuts, spacers, washers and brackets for the reflectors. My issue was with a manual that didn't quite match up with the bike, an almost unreadable assembly manual and sloppy shipping integrity.
I ordered a bike that the website said was in stock. They called the next day to say it actually wasn't in stock. I found it on another site and then called to cancel my order. I was on hold for 80 minutes, and was down to caller #1 and then it hung up on me. Calling again now...
I bought two bikes for my daughters for Easter. They arrived and we assembled per the directions provided. One of my daughters got in the bike for the first time and the chain snapped causing her to fall and she was injured. I have contacted this company more than six times via email and phone with no response. I want to return both bikes but can't due to their lack of customer service. I will be contacting the better business bureau regarding this issue. Only order from here if you enjoy giving money in return for terrible customer service.
They sold me a shotty motor, with no instructions. When i had to replace it, they made me pay to ship it to them, then sent me another bad one, that was completely missing a pivital point to make the bike run. They would keep me on hold for at least 20 minutes each time i called, after i talked to someone, to talk to them again, and sometimes even hang up on me. When i told them i wanted a refund, they wouldnt honor it even if i sent it all back! I will never recommend them to anyone!
I had ordered an 80cc engine from bikeberry the middle of August once we got it put on my bike had problems with the clutch after a month or so of them having me adjusting crutches and doing videos I find out that the clutch shaft is bent took videos send it to him they expect a beginner to tear into the engine to take the bevel wheel and stuff off and take more videos I told them I wasn't comfortable doing that they told me well then there's nothing they could do so pretty much they won't take the engine back won't do nothing about it less I tear into the middle of the engine to take. More videos worst experience I have had with any company ever and I'm 58 years old I dealt with a lot of companies I would not buy anything ever from bikeberry
After 3 bell rotors went out in less then ten miles each they said if it happened again I would have to send the rotor back to be checked no biggy really I said f-it and just bought the transmission kit from them and this is where I review starts... opening the box the troubles where not going to stop pulled out the motor mount looked like a 2 year old with a grinder had some fun a then the gas tank chipped and starting to rust pulled out the hand grips ( they were supposed to be chrome) black... totally disappointed...
I bought a gigabyke groove it was the biggest mistake I could of done bike overheats after 10 mins of use battery life is a joke this company is a joke please people don't waste your time or money
Answer: Complete Scam. They send you crap motors that wont even move, and wont refund
Answer: Horrible problems. I had to pay to exchange it, then when the second one was missing an intake piece, they wouldnt refund even if i shipped it all back
Answer: When you deal with Asians you will find there are 2 distinct personality types... type 1 is very. Very. Serious about customer satisfaction/quality/value business ethics and practice... type 2 is very very money motivation and could care less about anything else... it appears this business is owned by type 2
Answer: With my experience as a small engine mechanic the magnet to the ignition system is the best way to rotate engine as long as the spark plug is removed from the head and the clutch arm is pushed in to disengage the clutch. The motor should spin. The ignitions magneto gap might need to be adjusted to allow the engine to rotate. Sometimes parts shift during shipping.
