DO NOT BUY from bikeberry.com! Bad policy=bad customer satisfaction. I purchased a bike for $630 and it arrived defective due to the front fork being bent to the point of not being able to even put the front tire on. So, not even being able to ride the bike you'd think that they would exchange the bike for customer satisfaction... NOPE! Seems customers satisfaction is not a priority. I have all chat transcripts, saved and on file, from 3 different days trying to get this resolved. I have photos of the defect and the packaging it was shipped in. The packaging was perfect on arrival but in one of the chats they tried to say shipping could've damaged it even though photos were already sent. In the first chat log, they wouldn't provide me with a return authorization. They do/say whatever they feel even if it's not accurate/true. Also, their return policy page states that they will refund or exchange a defective PRODUCT, and after 5 days of normal use. Remind you, I wasn't able to even test it for 5 days because its defective beyond rideable out the box. So what did they do? They state that the fork will be replaced because that's the defective "product", and that their warranty policy will override their return policy. HUH? Here's the issue: I did not buy the fork as the "product", I purchased a brand new bike as the product. The fork happens to be a part of the bike but again I did not buy a fork. I spent $630 for a bike, NOT A FORK. At this point, I've had enough, I'll NEVER purchase from Bikeberry.com again. We'll see if they honor their 1 year warranty if the need arises. So, they send the fork, and now I'm responsible for replacing the fork and fixing a brand new bike that I haven't even rode yet. I also had to disassemble the front brake just to be able to transfer it over to the new fork, it's been a complete headache. Bikeberry.com has awful customer satisfaction policy and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING ELSEWHERE! They didn't even offer any compensation for the hassle…TERRIBLE!
Just the other day i had a problem with my order because I accidentally put the wrong email address with the order i spoke with Freddie from bikeberry and he went the extra mile to get it straightened out thanks Freddie.
First of all, I'm pretty sure BikeBerry doesn't actually make anything. They just order bulk parts off of alibaba or wherever and then package them up, charging you a ~50% premium for the service. That would be fine if they actually did quality control on what they send out, but they don't. The exhaust that they say is worth $50 was covered in welding slag, and had a hole in it. They send you the absolute cheapest retaining clips for the piston. The clutch cable they sent immediately fell apart where it attaches to the handle, and started eating itself. The exhaust seal was garbage and also immediately deteriorated and started leaking, and they didn't include an extra.
All of this is what you'd expect buying the cheapest kit off ebay, and that's all fine when you expect it. But when you pay a company to assemble a better kit for you, you expect them to at least make the decision to include some $2 parts instead of 50 cent parts. It's the kind of thing that helps retain customers, which bikeberry doesn't seem interested in, because they know once you build a kit and are familiar with the parts and the process you'll figure out their entire operation is effectively just a dropshipping service. They also spam your email like crazy but everybody does that so I can't get too mad about that one.
I've attached an itemized receipt they sent me. You can find all of those parts on ebay or alibaba for about half the price.
Basically the point of all this ranting is that you should take the time, do some extra research, browse some forums, and purchase from ebay or somewhere that doesn't try to seem "fancy". The shipping isn't even faster from bikeberry, my friend and I ordered at the same time (ebay and bikeberry) and his came first!

I now have my bike witch has missing parts I am now waiting 2weeks for the part on top of that now I'm missing the master key for chain I hope this is it now I put the chain on and now have to take to a specialist to have it shorten witch the coast is 40 dollors I don't understand a company this large and now's all about building these bikes the coustermer has alote of doing and putting together witch I thought would be easy but coast me now 40 more dollors and still have not road this bike yet
Absolute garbage products. Ive made 2 purchases from bikeberry and have been extremely dissatisfied with both purchases. The first purchase was a spitfire 2 stroke engine and mircagi bike the bike was ok but the kit was missing many parts the head the piston and so on. It took nearly a month before they resolved my issue. So I said what the hell were only human and decided against my better judgement to make another purchase and they sold me some cheap poorly assembled mag wheels that broke almost immediately after 4 short rides. The customer service was horrible in that they told me that their policy for their crappy products was 15 days. I guess I can understand some of that however, I have spent nearly $1000 and they cant accept making me whole on some overprice low quality mag wheels that they advertise as heavy duty. I should have just kept truing my spokes or purchased from a more reputable dealer that values their customers and maintain higher quality equipment. Do yourself a favor don't buy from them there are many other dealers without the exorbitant shipping costs that have way better return policies and customer service such as ebay, gasbike and sickbike parts or amazon. Trust me don't buy if you want to do more riding than spending and wasting time with customer service.

So far so good they've helped me out with every problem I've had so far I'm about to call him about another one we'll see LOL but for real. The Heavy Duty 4 stroke motor mount with the cast iron inserts I can't tighten up the motor while the amount is on so how do I know if it's lined up with the sprocket I have to tighten them bolts up first and just guess
I purchased 49 cc 4 cycle friction engine from Bikeberry And the engine had some issues so I contacted Bikeberry and I spoke with FREDDIE chat support team He was Very knowledgeable very helpful very courteous I am very pleased that he resolved the issue he requested some pictures of the engine and he gave me all the time needed to Explain the issues I am very pleased thank you Freddie for resolving the issue great job great BikeBerry representative and thank you both very much for having great people working for BIkeBerry and being a great company and I hope that your company prospers this is what we need customer satisfaction that makes a company great thank you
Don't buy there china junk, the engines will fall apart fast if there not broken when you get it. They don't care
Spent over 700 with 40$ worth of missing parts. I took pictures of packages as asked. But never recieved my parts and customer service made me regret ever doing business with this company. Its a combination of warehouse workers not caring about their job. And upper management doesn't care about the incompetence within their business and the inability to resolve a legitimate issue.
Bikeberry will short your parts and then if you don't like it, you have to pay for your own shipping to send back. Also pay for restocking or damage. Problem is it always gets damaged on the way in the original ship. This company will prey on the fact that you are invested at a certain point. And to return will cost more than what they shorted in the order. In other words it will cost you less to accept. For this reason I will never again use bike berry. And this really sadens me cause I actually like their products

Shady business practices out the wazoo! Told me I couldn't get a refund even though the order hasnt been shipped and probably wont for some time after digging through all of the fluff reviews, which they ask customers to write immediately after paying for their cart and receiving a fantastic first impression, and long before they actually ship anything, in order to bait new potential buyers in which to repeat the process…. They told me i could still modify my order over the phone, which, of course, generally leaves no obvious form of interaction to back up your claims. When i called, all they did was play games with me, telling me everything I picked was actually out of stock and there was a mistake. Ended up not being able to change anything about my order. Told me I'd have to wait until I receive it, then wait to receive a return authorization… which i get the feeling they will intentionally drag out past the 30 day window. But there are a ton of other not obvious details that are very important. But the main one being that refunds on anything returned is done at their own discretion, and you must pay again for any items that were never received. And it doesn't specify whether it's your or their mistake for not sending it in the first place. The more i dig thru the fluff reviews the more obvious that it's feeling like I just got scammed. Return shipping, insurance, and 15% restocking fee will end up costing as much as the bike itself, if not more, and they still get the unopened product back + 15% of its value. Oh yeah, and when the sale timer hits zero, it restarts.

I don't know if people would see the update that I wrote actually in my last review so I just wanted to put it out there that 6 months down the road I still have received nothing from bikeberry.
They promised to send me the tubes that were missing from my order and the missing pieces I received nothing, but to be honest they sent me a $15 gift card electronically that ended up being worthless because the shipping on the $15 item cuz I'm not giving them any more of my money it was like $35 so...
Take it for what it is there's plenty of other suppliers out there that offer a better product at better prices and will stand behind there product when there's a problem I would use those kind of companies
There are pictures of the damaged items in my original review I've since kind of resurfaced the rims a little bit and painted them so they look a little better

I had heard Alot of great things about bike berry, unfortunately Alot of it was untrue, I made an order on may 19 and my credit card was charged, two days later I call to check the status and I'm told that my rims are sold out until July. After contacting bike berry again and taking a color of rims I really didn't want, I was assured that my order would be shipped with in a day. Now here we are may 24 my order still hasn't shipped, still no tracking number, and the customer service is basically a joke. They will literally tell you anything. I was ASSURED yesterday may 23 that my order would ship that day. Yet still no tracking info, still no ship. To be honest I'm beginning to wonder if I'm even going to get the order at all or if they took my money and run. I wanted to review the product here but who knows if I'll even recieve it at this point. I'd strongly caution all buyers to at the very least call to check the availability of the item before parting with your cash. I was looking forward to exploring some of the other products they sell, but now in all honesty I'd be hesitant to order from this company again. If my order doesn't ship I'll just put a stop payment on my card at a cost to myself essentially costing me for my mistake. Don't make the same costly mistakes. Good luck and safe, happy riding all
There were a lot of bikes to choose from but I already knew what I wanted and they had it for me to buy. The interface went well too.
My response to the review shipping was fast it came in 3 days easy kit to put together with some adjustments reliable 4 stroke engine I'm enjoying it does about 20-25mph I help it by pedaling 1 or two times just to be easy on the motor and friction drive I love it fair price
For ordering spare parts this place sucks! Don't buy from here! They gave me misleading information on the product information. Then to return the product they don't give you a full refund. They actually charge you to return an item at your expense, charge you to restock it, and won't give you the correct item, even when it is their fault you got the wrong product. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. I was warned about this company, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I was going to purchase a 2 stroke motor from here for $224 and I had funds in my account for it but when I put my card information in to purchase it my card declined it so I called my bank to see what was going on because apparently eith out of state purchases you have to let your card holder company you trust the site and want to purchase from there so anyways I was on the phone with the lady from my bank and we was going over it and she told me to exit out of the site and then back in and then try it and it should work since I talked to her and let her know what I was planning to do. As it turns out when I exited out of the site and went back in and started the process of inputting my information again, I look at the total and now it has my total at $334 dollars. How does it go from $224 to $334 just from exiting out of the site and entering back in? Luckily my bank declined the first transaction I tried to make for $224 because something is very sketchy about it now that they are trying to charge me over $100 more than it was not even a min earlier. Dont trust the site or company anymore if it is a company or just someone behind a computer trying to scam me. I have no idea but just from what I see apparently it is someone behind a computer trying to steal my info. My power button is broke and stuck on my phone or I would have provided screenshots for everyone so they can be up to speed before considering buying from here

Answer: When you deal with Asians you will find there are 2 distinct personality types... type 1 is very. Very. Serious about customer satisfaction/quality/value business ethics and practice... type 2 is very very money motivation and could care less about anything else... it appears this business is owned by type 2
Answer: With my experience as a small engine mechanic the magnet to the ignition system is the best way to rotate engine as long as the spark plug is removed from the head and the clutch arm is pushed in to disengage the clutch. The motor should spin. The ignitions magneto gap might need to be adjusted to allow the engine to rotate. Sometimes parts shift during shipping.
