Don't buy

They will sell you a piece of $#*!, it will leave you stranded because there $#*! will break the bolt and potentially $#*! up the motor as well, doesn't run in the rain, it will tear up your tires if the road is slightly wet and sound like $#*!

I'm very satisfied with my bike berry purchase. All parts came in good condition, a little slow for delivery. The flat black engine went great with color scheme. The engine & converter are bullet proof and reliable, I really like the free wheel.The 49cc engine is legal on the street, with the pedals. I did use stronger bolts for engine mount & chain tensioner. I'm very pleased with the kit & new hobby!

Bad, then bad to good (I thought), now duped! *BUYER BEWARE

I wrote an honest review about my bad experience with BikeBerry, the entire process. Once that got their attention, I was speedily told "it would all be taken care of, resolved... they would make this right." AND since they were going to ship me the missing item from my order, as well as correct one of the wrong items they shipped me instead of what I paid for, I was asked if I could update my review or write a new positive one to tell everyone how helpful they were and that the issues were being resolved, SO I DID. But, I have been DUPED, DUPED, DUPED. They really are scoundrels. Two days after they told me what I wanted to hear and that my 2 items had already been processed and shipped, I received an email that those 2 items were out of stock and would ship sometime mid November as soon as they were back in stock. WHAT? I already paid for both of these items 2 weeks ago, why would I want to wait a month or more to get them? NONSENSE. I called them, spoke to the same guy, Christian, that had told me all was being resolved two days previously. He fumbled on his words and placed me on a long hold "to check on my situation". He gave me some kind of story that the items were out of stock, but not now because they JUST got new inventory in, blah, blah and the items could ship sometime this week. Nope, Christian, I said, if they cannot ship today, I want a refund, period. He said he would verify and get back to me today. He told me (which I recorded the whole phone call) that if it could not ship today, then he would put in my refund request, but that no matter what he would either call me or email me back today. I have heard NOTHING from Christian. They are playing games - it is a game. They don't want to refund you your money, but they will string you along. You have been warned. Check out ALL of the complaints on BBB even though they are not a registered company with the BBB, and look up their review on TrustPilot. You will see what I wish I would have seen before I ordered a whole bunch of items from them.

First time ordering from this site. It didn't start out as a great experience. The shipping was initially delayed and the communication was very poor. When I received my order there was one item missing and another that was the incorrect item other than what I paid for. The next day, I called, spoke to Christian, and he was immediately helpful, professional, and willing to fix the issues I was having. Dealing with Christian made everything just fine. I appreciate the customer service after all, and I have a renewed confidence in ordering from them again. Thank you, Christian for representing BikeBerry so well!

This is the first motor I'm buy from bikeberry, I've been super happy with everything else I've bought from them an I don't expect this to be any different. The 2 stroke 4 sage motor kit hasn't been in-stock all the times I tried to get it. So when I saw it I jump on it. Can't wait to get it all setup.

All my orders came on time one of the orders was missing an item I contacted customer service and they took care of it right away contacted them a couple days later they made sure I had all shipping information they were extremely well to deal with on the phone and through their live chat you actually deal with the same people when you call or live chat Christian that works there is awesome he will take care of all your needs on the phone or on the live chat I highly recommend bikeberry

Freddy was there every step of the way to listen to every problem i had assembling my bike.
Damaged Tired guard-PArtial refund
Broken spoke- partial refund and help explaining how to change a spoke with videos and advice.
Manufacturer error bracket-partial refund and recommendations for fixing the issue
Confusing wheel assembly-was super patient in understanding what i meant and what i needed till we finally figured it out
Engine mount too high on the bike/missing parts of pedal-ordered me a part quickly to fix the problem
This has been the best most comprehensive customer service experince ever. Freddy was obviously very knowledgable about the ins and outs of the bike and knew how to relate and understand what I was saying and also fix every problem thats come up. Bike isnt quite finished yet but Im sure support will be there to help with the last few steps too. Cant thank Freddy enough.

WHAT A JOKE! NOT FUNNY!

So 3 days ago I placed an order for a 26 inch 10 spoke mag rim set and a 22 tooth freewheel sprocket. First time ordering from bikeberry.com. I'm in urgent need to get my bike back on the road that I even paid $24 for shipping up to 5 days and bought shipping protection. I'm thinking I'll be getting my rims within 5 days. The order went through and I got thank you email and reciept. $222 and some change is what it cost me. The next day I get email stating that they need to verify my identity because my transaction was flagged by their fraud detection algorithm and they won't ship my order until i send pics of my id and cc. So I did. Here we are 3 days later and still no tracking number. Order not shipped. I called to request a refund for shipping fee because obviously I'm not going to get it in the time I paid for and was told no that shipping will kick in after I'm done being investigated. This is a joke but not funny! I will never order through bikeberry.com ever again.

All orders go through 24-48 hr processing. Once processed it be shipped on your preferred shipping method. The order needs to passed verification process before we can ship them. Best customer service ever

So I've had some problems that were not of bike berries salt I had my engine stolen off my property whenever FedEx dropped it off they were very helpful I'm making sure that I got my engine back they sent me another one they did everything they could they followed me step by step the people I talked to on the phone were really nice and the chat people are really good at making sure that the right links are sent to you and step by step instructions especially when you're a newbie like me and don't know what you're doing I would recommend everyone who wants to get a motorized by to go through bikeberry most definitely

Ordered around $500 motorized bike+engine kit for special BD gift. The 1st shipment of the order (bike) came all damaged and scratched, as if it was used already. I contacted customer service right away hoping for quick resolution, but instead I was advised that I would have to cover return shipping cost in order for them to ship a new bike. That didn't seem to be fair to me, so after not agreeing with that I was explained that damage occurs very often shipping large items and that scratches do not affect functionality of the item, so the best they can do - issue $40 store credit and let me keep damaged/scratched bike. Oh, and I also purchased Navidium Shipping Protection, but according to Bike Berry, that still doesn't cover return shipping expenses! Unprofessionalism and ignorance at it's finest! It even makes me wonder if they are not scammers?! So as a customer I was wrong to expect to receive a new/undamaged item after I paid for a new item? And for my "naive expectations" I should be punished by covering return shipping costs and pray that it doesn't again and again... Oh, and someone's special BD will be ruined too now... Beyond disappointed and frustrated...
