My motor came with missing gasket. I called them and with no hassle they sent me a replacement gasket. I received it after 3 days. I am so happy. Keep it up berry.

I have an engine I just bought but can't use

My piston rings were the wrong size, they said they would refund my $, no $. And now I have a brand new engine that us useless to me. They have done nothing to rectify any of this. I ordered a pair of rings on etsy.

Sells damaged bikes

Sells you a damaged bike and won't take it back or replace damaged parts. Its been 3 months I have had this unusable bike and no help from customer service

Please do not buy a bike from this company. I bought one for my son last year took 6 months to get it and than they sent the wrong bike, the parts won't fit the bike they sent. They won't answer the phone either when you call them they just leave you on hold.

Bikeberry is the best in the industry!

I've been a long-time customer of Bikeberry. Started out with a motorized bike with the Stage 4 engine kit, the thing is a BEAST! I rarely have any issues with them but the 1 time I did have a warranty issue, bikeberry was very quick to get it resolved for me. I've since bought a gigabyke swift ebike and LOVE it! It's true what they say, once you go electric, you cant go back ;)

Terrible company

They have the worst customer service and care very little about their customers. The only difference between there kit and any other kit on other sites is the fact they put there sticker on it. Amazon items will be listed as BBR or Flying Horse.

Bikeberry is a crappy company. When they do warranty their parts, they Send parts that are subpar. They are not the same as the parts that comes stock. They also did not send all of the parts that were supposed to come with my stage 4 kit. It took them months to send me the parts that were supposed to come with my kit. The motor was running lean since the beginning and it is still not running right. I burned up a cylinder because it was lean and that's when they sent me the subpar parts and it wasn't even black like the black engine kit that I ordered. I had to buy a temperature gauge because it was running so lean that it tried to burn up another cylinder. I finally found the reason why it was running lean and it was a bad left side crankshaft seal. The right side seal may be bad also. I don't know yet because they won't send the parts that burned up because of the bad seal. I believe they intend on leaving me with this junk. The magneto burned up and possibly the CDI also. I was forced to replace my left side seal with one of my old seals off of my old $130 motor that ran way better than this $300 motor. I also had to buy my own magneto. I may have to replace the CDI myself also. And I had to buy jets for the carburetor. This is a fraudulent company and they do not cover their warranty. If you give them a bad review they just hide your review from their website. What a scam!

All our engine kits are sold as DIY and do require your routine maintenance, along with any engine kit purchased it is backed by our 6-month warranty on all parts against any manufacture defects. We cover any part that is needed within the 6 months, the only time a part Iis not covered under warranty is if the product was missed used.

All our reviews are posted within a 30-day timeframe from when it was reviewed, the only time a review is not posted is if any abusive or demeanor languages are added.

We do see a return was opened for a refund, once a return is sent back per our return policy please allow a 1-2 business week turnaround time. Due to the RMA department receiving the returns and closing them as they are received. No refund is ever refused for a return unless you are out of a warranty by many months with an unapproved return.

I understand that BikeBerry is probably just a wholesale house for Chinese mfg. The GigaByke 500 Swift met all my criteria (cheap, disk brakes, less than 40 lb, etc). I wanted to learn. I ordered it with the upsize 10.4 AH battery. I am aware that UPP batteries are not the highest quality. BikeBerry shipped quickly and FedEx delivered very fast. Actually just six days total from CA to East TN. The crate was in good shape when it arrived. It had been opened probably to switch out the upgraded battery. The assembly instructions were a bit sparse but I have had a lot experience with regular bikes. I have not had to deal with BikeBerry customer service. My opinion might be different in that situation.
I am retired mechanical engineer. I have several bikes now. About 50 years ago I sold and assembled bikes at department store.

"In Stock" does not mean in stock

The eBike i wanted (Qualisports Dolphin) was hard to find but Bikeberry site said "in stock" so I went for it, reasonably expecting shipment within a week or so. WEEK 1: no word so I called & was told it would be shipped "within this week"... WEEK 2: same story... WEEK 3: same. WEEK 4: FINALLY shipped (28 days after my order) & might arrive during week 5... or 6?

I could have got the same service from another seller (who was up front about delayed shipment), or even driven to a retailer who had one on the floor & brought it home the same day.

Along the way I was told everything from "hasn't arrived from the manufacturer", "the shipping container is backed up at the port of Los Angeles", "shipping is slow due to COVID" and "we don't have it yet, our warehouse is looking for it", none of which meet my understanding of the term "in stock". Scammy, to say the least, it's like one step shy of bait and switch.

Customer service was always polite but lots of "on hold" time... I spent over 45 minutes on the phone 2 different times, and once 56 minutes to get essentially nowhere with my order. About my third phone call I was offered a 5% discount for my "frustration" but $65 doesn't really cover it.

One star review for finally sending me a bike (so far I only have tracking number, but at least that's something), minus 4 stars for having to change my travel plans for which I wanted to have the bike. Ridiculous.

I find this company to be extremely frustrating to work with. One month after my bike was ordered I have received two notices that my bike is being shipped, but when I look at the shipment status it says that only the label was made for shipment. Nothing more. I called on several occasions to inquire about my order and they tell me that I will be receiving an email regarding my inquiry. The first couple of times I got a general email that was clearly copy/pasted. (evidently I am not the only one with Bikeberry issues. Clearly, they've created a vague email to distribute to every inquiry and complaint possible) and the other few times I called after that, I was promised an email and received nothing. I requested my money back at they are totally refusing. Do yourself a favor an order anywhere else other than here.

Well I have had pretty good service from this supplier my only gripe was about my mag wheels I ordered it took a month to get them other than that I can't complain my new mag wheels work well the disc brakes wor well my pull start works good 3 to 4 pulls and it is running thank you aabikeberry

I rate Bikeberry a zero. I ordered 6items at fifty dollars they sent me one item, i called them to notify them that they didnt send what i had ordered they owed me 5 more items. I got a box today from BikeBerry and got 3 more items now they shorted me 2 items I will not contact them a third time because they shorted me again they are thieves I will never order from them again and suggest that you should not order from them ever. In my opinion they should go out of business.

Buyer beware!

BUYER BEWARE! Bikeberry sent me both damaged unmarked and incorrect parts for the friction kit. See Red marks on attached photos. It has been TWO months since I've been trying to get BB to correct the order! TWO MONTHS with very little customer service help. They keep responding with the generic replies and stating the warehouse will send when it's in stock. When I ordered the product BB stated it was in stock. I keep asking for refund and they ignore it. Please BUYER BEWARE!

Beware the Bait and Switch...
They will advertise a product and send you a bike that is not what was shown on the website. Forget calling customer service they are well versed in pushing you to email for resolution... They will the spin a yarn about how the manufacture (see below) Now let's talk about that resolution... Bikeberry will give you $15 off your purchase for something you didn't order or a store credit of $20... Like you would trust then with a 2nd order... Then there is the option to ship it back, have you ever shipped a bike? It's not cheap nor is it easy... Bikeberry knows this and they take advantage of it.

Which means they were aware of the bogus issue and sold the bike anyway without notification before processing the order.

We apologize for the confusion, we are in the process of changing the photos we have on the website. Manufacturer had to halt and discontinue production of the rims with the striped paint, due to it being a safety hazard. It is found to cause for the brakes to lose bite and be more slippery.

Buyer beware!
