I ordered a 300w nakto fat tire electric bike took 4 months to arrive broke downwithin 2 weeks fhey wouldnt let me send it back sent me a new controler to it been in shop since aug cause the repairman still cant get it to work terrible customer service at bikeberry im out over 1000 $ due to their bs
Very poor packing of shipment-engine arrived broken-Gas tank was missing-called customer service, very rude girl on phone-very long wait time on hold-said they would ship out parts ASAP-they haven't arrived-don't waste your time and money-BBB is next-I put in claim with Fedex-Start claim process with credit card company-smoking way too much skunk bud and not paying attention to detail-What happened to the Golden State?

Paid for online purchase and received confirmation email. I then received an email saying shipment may be delayed for COVID precautions (no mention before purchase) so I waited patiently. A full week later I still did not receive notice of shipping so called customer service. After 35 min on the phone I was informed the bike was out of stock and my only option is a refund. Why did I have to call to find this out? How long would I have waited for them to contact me? Why did they accept payment for an out of stock item? Why does website brag about fast shipping and then after purchase disclose what are now routine delays due to COVID. Today is 3 days before Christmas... THANKS BIKEBERRY
This was a total rip off. The bike broke after 4 uses. Bikeberry refused to let us return it. We are in Hawaii, and there is no one to fix it. Customer service is a joke. Do not waste your time or money

I orderd a stage 4 kit from bike berry only to pay extraordinarily high prices and i was absolutely shocked about how poor there engine kit is it really seemed every part i received from them was factory defects.
I ordered and paid for a rear electric kit in March of 2020, they sent a front kit. I decided to go with their front kit, but it failed to operate. I managed to convince them to send the proper kit in October. The kit they sent was one returned by a previous customer with missing parts and a damaged controller. After dozenS of emails, and wasted minutes waiting on hold, I sent it back this morning. Now I expect another hassle getting my $800.00 or so back. This is complicated by the fact that no longer have an account with the credit union that sponsored the credit card I used. The amount I spent is too small to involve lawyers, but I would if it was feasible.
Don't buy anything from these children.
PS... I bought a gas kit from them a few years ago, and without my experience as a machinist and a home machine shop, it would have been impossible to install. I should have learned my lesson.
This place is operated like a 13 year old kid from mommies garage.
I ordered a bike at the beginning of the year and received it in August. It was damaged in transit and they refused to make good on it. After riding the bike for 15 minutes the rear hub broke. I returned that and they sent me the wrong part. Twice. And then refused to replace it suggesting that I fix it myself. Do not buy a bike from these people or you will regret it just like I am.
After instaliing the bikeberry motor bike 10 minutes later the after ridding the bike the motor seized. I tried everything to get it running and to no avail. So i decided too call bikeberry to inform them that the motor had seized. They informed me that i needed to contact the tech dept. so i did and they informed me that i needed to try different things before they would send me a new motor.so i tried everything they said and some but nothing worked because the motor had seized. Finally after calling bikeberry several times they informed me that i should have read the fine print. Therefore i wasnt getting a new motor or a refund. Every body out there beware of this company because they dont honor their warrantee and their customer service is to let you know that the client is getting nothing from bikeberry. A terrible company that wont me around for long because of bad business practices.
Solid grips, but cords to reach to the cdi weren't long enough. Had to cut the old wires and solder them to the new wires to make them long enough. But the grips are way better than the stock ones.
Perfect and so fast. You guys kick butt. Always quality products and fast delivery.

Firstly, took over 3 weeks to receive my bike when they profess to ship in "one business day". Secondly, arrived with a damaged part. Have waited on hold and then disconnected 3 times before speaking to an agent. Must have wasted over an hour and half... Finally emailed them. Received no answer. Told them I will dispute the charge with my credit card company I did nether form them. Been 5 days... Calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. Maybe that will finally get their attention! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
The bike I ordered came missing parts to assemble - they did not respond to my email - they don't answer the phone it took 4 weeks longer to get the bike than originally said. Save your time no better than a bike off the shelf at Walmart
I ordered a bike that was explicitly listed as an in-stock item gauranteed to ship in 3 days. When I didn't receive a shipping notification after a week I emailed customer service, who could not tell me where the package was or if it had shipped yet. I cancelled as I don't have time to wait indefinitely for things to arrive and the reason I'd ordered from this site was the advertised 3 day ship time. Was told I'd receive a full refund. Then, got another email that the bike had already shipped/been delivered - sure enough it was waiting at my shipping address but by that time I'd already ordered the same item from another store. Again I emailed iwth customer service and was told I could return the bike and I'd receive a full refund. I followed the return instructions to a T and sent back via FedEx, but didn't receive a refund for a few weeks even though returns are supposed to be processed within 14 days. Many emails later, I wasn't getting any responses so filed a dispute with my credit card. The same day I filed the dispute and almost TWO MONTHS after I'd sent the bike back, I got an automated email that my return had been processed - and it was $105 less than the original transaction amount. I'm sure this will be resolved by my credit card company, but it's been a massive headache all caused by Bikeberry - don't waste your time like I did!
I bought a men's Switz Cruz bike from this company. It came damaged, I sent pictures. There were several scratches and dents and the front rim needed to be replaced and the back spokes need to be adjusted. They offered a $10.00 store credit and finally said they would send a new rim. They expect me to do the repairs myself. Now I will have to pay for repairs. Thankfully, after much negotiations, the company has agreed to refund $50.00.
All of the reviews are spot on. I ordered (2) friction motor from them, they sent the wrong motor kits. I sent them back but they told me to keep the gas tanks and send the motors back and they would send me the right motors. 8 weeks later I received the correct motors, however in between that time I tried to just cancel my order and get my money back and that's when I found out that because THEY asked me not to send the gas tanks with the wrong motors back it was on purpose because they have a return policy that says if the ship any parts to you, any at all from your original order they will charge you to ship it back and what they spent to originally ship it to you, along with a 15% restocking fee on the ENTIRE order even though they haven't delivered you all of it. It's a complete scam. They are also using the Covid-19 pandemic as an excuse not to answer their phones. They can all go to work but it's too dangerous to answer the phones. They also sent me two matching parts but not really matching (see photos below). When I asked them to send another part that would be matching lengths they told me it didn't matter as long as I matched the holes up... LOL Are you kidding me? So the warranty they offer or claim they offer is a LIE! I beg you DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Bike Berry they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was mortified to hear this company is owned and operated by a guy from California who started this in his garage. Well with a Master's Degree in Business Management I can tell you that Bike Berry is Text Book of how NOT to run your business. I cannot believe they are still in business. If I lived in California they would see me at their door everyday throwing a complete fit. I will never stop telling people NOT to do business with Bike Berry. Buyer Beware! If I could give them zero stars I would, or even a few negative stars. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
I ordered a takto $900 bike 3 weeks ago... NO BIKE IS HERE! THEY SAY SORRY, AE DONT KNOW ITS IN OUR WAREHOUSE SOMEWHERE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered my "Switz Cruz 26" Men's Beach Cruiser" bike from BikeBerry on Jun 28,2020. I knew that they were experiencing "problems" due to COVID-19 and that the bike I ordered was a "pre-order" and it would not be available until July 15th. Then in mid-July I received an email stating that due to more "problems" it was being put off until the end of July. On July 28th I received an email asking if I had received my bike? I responded by using their on-line contact method from their website letting them know that I had never receive any notice that the bike had been shipped, and that I had not received my bike either. Somehow, when you call their phone number, the message tells you that due to COVID-19 they can't answer the phone? This company needs to put people on the phone to answer calls during this "difficult time". I'd like to cancel the order - but I can't get anyone on the phone!

Answer: When you deal with Asians you will find there are 2 distinct personality types... type 1 is very. Very. Serious about customer satisfaction/quality/value business ethics and practice... type 2 is very very money motivation and could care less about anything else... it appears this business is owned by type 2
Answer: With my experience as a small engine mechanic the magnet to the ignition system is the best way to rotate engine as long as the spark plug is removed from the head and the clutch arm is pushed in to disengage the clutch. The motor should spin. The ignitions magneto gap might need to be adjusted to allow the engine to rotate. Sometimes parts shift during shipping.
