I am in NYC in June and saw Beyoncé tickets for sale so purchased through BigStub. I unfortunately at first gave the incorrect email address but after an email to the customer service team all was resolved and the tickets were sent via email and done very securely. This is great and reliable when you are booking internationally! Couldn't be happier with the experience.

I saw that your organization was part of the better business bureau so I took a chance and order the tickets from you. It was a fantastic concert. My teenager was about 4 feet from Charlie Puth.
