I decided at the last minute to attend Def Leppard, got home when on-line got your webpage selected 6 tickets fair price, paid on line with cc. I had a couple of emails reminded me to print my tickets, today I went on line to prints I was having operator error issues. I called and was assisted by a young lady who was very helpful, she walked me through the process and I printed the tickets. Perfect. Thanks except I forgot the name of the young lady that helped me. Super quick I got my tickets and ready for the concert for tomorrow.

I normally use ticketmaster or stubhub to purchase tickets. When I saw BigStub, i was weary. Thinking it migt be a scam... BUT THEY ARE NOT! Customer service waas super nice and well unstandable! They gave me a great vibe. Got my tickets within hours from my email! I have already printed them and we are ready to go! Plus, they were a GFREAT DEAL! Thanks BigStub!
The lady I placed my order with was very nice and courteous. My tickets came over in my email within 5 minutes. I will definitely use the company again. For some reason my phone won't let me check all the stars below. But as you can see the service was wonderful.

My order was placed, a rep. Called a day or two later confirmed my order and told me when I should receive the tickets and even included a VIP parking pass, which he did not have to do. The tickets arrived on the day he said they would.

Never again... ordered and PAID for tickets in Loge section. Got tickets in. 'Mezz section several rows back, tickets did not arrive until 2 days prior to performance. After 2 calls to see where thry were... never again
Don't buy any tickets from these people. I purchased two tickets to the Rolling Stones concert from them through BigStub.com and they charged my credit card. Twenty four hours later a man called and said the person didn't have the tickets and that they had credited back my credit card. He said he could look for tickets for me right then if I wanted him to. I was afraid to say no because I was afraid of not being able to find any tickets anywhere so I paid $300 more to get seats. They charged my card $800 plus. Last night, I discovered that the same seats I'd originally purchased for $210 a ticket were for sale for $487 apiece on BigStub.com. I wrote to them, they haven't written back. I just checked my credit card and TicketNetwork of Ct. Has not refunded my money. They processed $517.50 the day I purchased the tickets and the refund should be showing on my card. It isn't. Don't buy tickets from these guys or from BigStub.com. Now I have to try to get my money back and I'm in California
