I'm very busy. But, I received reminders to make sure I download and print my tickets. It's my first time to use the service, but if all goes well, I won't hesitate to use BigStub, again.
Ordered via Craigslist and they came FedEx 3 days later. Everything as described and the show was great.
I decided at the last minute to take my family to the F1 race in Austin, Tx. BigStub had a good selection of very desirable tickets available at incredible prices. They were delivered promptly and we had a great time. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was the 33% in "fees" charged for each ticket.

Do not worry that the name of the tickets is not in your name. The name on your ticket is the name of the original purchaser and will not affect your ability to access the event. The bar code on your tickets is what will be used to allow entry.
