Very easy - the only thing I would ask in the future is they actually tell you seat #'s as well as the row.
The salesperson who helped me (Annie, I think) was extremely helpful in placing my order when I was not sure if I had ordered or not on-line. She looked it up to ensure that I was not double ordering and then placed the real order for me. So very helpful, thank you!
If you're unsure about the e-tickets showing up in your email, don't be. I ordered six tickets to a game and they were all in my inbox less than 5 mins after I purchased them. Very happy with Big Stub experience.
Received the tickets, only thing I didn't understand is the tickets do not have a zone on them, just the section, row and seat numbers, sure hope they are in the lower level zone as ordered. We'll see on January 17th, 2016. Other than that the order process was seamless and fantastic overnight delivery. So far a five star Seller!

It's always slightly worriesome when you you use a website that's new to you. The process was quick and easy. I got my tickets instantly!
How do you order tickets, send a confirmation email, then cancel the following day? Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the terrible customer service. Wait on hold for 45 minutes only to speak to an extremely rude representative. Can't say I'm surprised. Avoid this joke of a company at all costs.

I buy and sell tickets for all major sports and concerts so I consider my self to be a really tough customer. I have used BigStub a few times now. They have average to below average mark-ups and always deliver on time, as promised.
I ordered my tickets by telephone and the girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. Since it was my first time ordering tickets from Big Stub, she answered all my questions and explained everything to me and was pleasant about doing so.
Purchasing on line much easier than ticketmaster. They did not give much choice much to hard to find seating chart. Please put seating chart and choices of seats avaible..
