Easy to download tickets I will order from them again

Great customer service! And there was no hassle. I received the tickets just as expected.

I was apprehensive, but all expectations were met!

The close was affordable and convenient to find. The only hassle was that they send you the tickets the day before the event via email. Then you have to physically print them out in order to use them. A mobile friendly ticket would be so much easier, especially with only one day to print before the event.

No problem to use, pay and get tickets. Everything was as stated which resultd in a very good experience. Big Stub is ok by the Better Business Bureau as I checked since this was my first time using them

The experience was fast and easy. Felt service charges were high but they always are for resale sites.

Reputable site, easy transaction. Just wish the tickets were sold at face value vs double the price pulse a $50 surcharge. All the sites do this, just wish they didn't!

It gave us the tickets but the problem I had was the name was still in the person who sold them to me on my printable ticket and the arena wasn't too happy about that. I had to show them my email to prove they were mine...

Had the tickets I wanted and was easy to complete transaction.

Cool bar/restaurant attached to a club. The stage is in an awkward place so if you have to buy seats be careful where they are.

Saw these guys on CL. We needed two tickets but was not comfortable until I read their reviews. Based on their reviews I purchased two tickets and am most pleased with the entire experience.

The service I received was prompt, thorough, and accurate. The tickets, however, were a bit over-priced in my opinion when considering face value.

Received the tickets well in advance of the event. Seats were fantastic, (although I knew they would be since I've sat in this section before). Buying surcharge is a little on the high side but not terribly so.

Called customer service to ask about some ticket details, they were friendly and responsive. Bought tickets later that day. Printed them within 15 minutes and they worked great.

Which we could add tickets to Apple wallet or not have to print them out.

Easy to use, tickets came as expected, but fee per ticket was almost 30$ each! That's crazy
