I didn't like the idea that I ordered tickets 6 months before the concert, but didn't receive the email to download the tickets until the day BEFORE the event.
I am an organized person and waiting til the last minute does not fly with me.
Don't get me wrong the seats were great, but didn't like when the tickets became available to download.

Didn't think this site was real but they turned out to be very good. The process was quick, easy, and the tickets were cheaper than other sites by a lot! I'll buy from here again without a doubt.

BigStub still charges too much, but it was a little better price than the other bigger place. Was very easy and got my tix fast..

I was able to find great seats at less than face value to see the best U2 concert ever! I'll be using BigStub.com again soon for the next show I plan on attending.

I just wish BigStub would offer Ebates cash back. Stubhub usually offers 3.5% which can sway which site you buy from.

I Ordered my tickets online and an email was sent the day they said it would be issued. I Printed it off and went the concert. Easy and fast, I'll definitely use bigstub again in the future.

Bought tickets from this company that were fradulous. Trying to get into the event and spent an hour on hold before finally getting someone on the phone. Then the customer service person says that there is nothing they can do. Horrible... will never use this illegitimate company again.
