Accepted an order '5 days delivery', no delivery, no stock, no answers

Very happy to be able to get such a good deal on the textbook I needed for my course!

EBooks are awesome for textbooks bc it's easier to find information (which is handy for assignments and open book exams). Delivery was quick and the site used to read the book seems good. And it was a lot cheaper. Definitely pleased.

Ordered a book set, waited for email for shipping confirmation, used their chat (chatted with *) to ask for an order status, and was told it was cancelled (not by me) without any explanation other than security.
Bigger Books is quick to take my money when I placed my order but was told that my refund would take 5 days to process. What a crock of $#*!.

Despite the website is selling the book, BiggerBooks doesn't have stock

Error at delivery, late and incorrect date (4 Days later), package looks good

This company advertises books it does not have in stock.
Keeps customer waiting needlessly without offering proper communication and updates.

Terrible experience- false advertising on book availability and poor communication when the book wasn't available. Bad business to operate under separate company names and charge different prices. Does not represent a reputable company.
