Website said item was in stock. I paid for 2nd day delivery and still haven't received the item after 15 days.
The seller sells items that they do not have in stock, and they do not contact you about it. They also cancel orders without notice, and again, they do not contact you about it.
Researching reviews, these are common complaints among buyers. I will be cancelling my order for a refund.

BiggerBooks cancelled an order I made for a Christmas gift and did not even notify me. I only noticed two weeks later when I received an email asking me to rate the delivery I had never gotten, because the order had been cancelled. 0 stars.
Website made it extremely hard to complete the return proses. My opinion is to charge you the late fee,

Ordered something that apparently is not in stock or available, but I've received no communication saying anything about it.
I'll give them a couple of more days before demanding a refund.

The website is easy to navigate and showed they had the book I wanted, however they didn't actually have it. After I placed the order, I received an email update a day or 2 later saying they were looking for the book, then another update a few days after that saying they didn't have the book, and cancelled the order. I received my refund within 2 days of the cancellation email. Their email communication is great and the refund was very quick. It's unfortunate that they say they have a book when they really don't.
BUYER BEWARE! They will show your item in stock, but you will never receive it, and you may not receive a refund. I had researched this company and saw a few reviews similar to my experience, but saw many others that were great, so I took a chance.
I placed an order for (6) books. I rec'd one, the company cancelled & refunded me for two (after WEEKS), I cancelled & rec'd a refund for two. There is one that shows shipped, but when you click on the tracking information, it states that it has never been rec'd by the shipping company. I submitted a help ticket, but they said that the item had been delivered. I asked for proof of delivery. I have not rec'd a response. That was nearly three months ago...
The product was order over 10 days ago and still hasn't shipped. Not sure if this is typical for this company, but disconcerting nonetheless.
I ordered this several months ago and never received the product—I haven't even received the email that it has been shipped out, so it's never even been shipped. I contacted customer services and they said they cannot even cancel my order, since the product is at their warehouse. I'm going to wait a little longer and try to contact them again, but I'm thinking of filing with my credit card company for fraud to get my money back.
UPDATE---got the product shortly after I posted my first review, but this shows that I never received a message that my order was shipped as I should have based on BiggerBooks' policy. I wonder how the arrival would have gone if I hadn't posted the review...did see another review commenting similarly that they received their product shortly after posting a negative review after a long time waiting...I won't be returning it due to the charge for returns (purchased at around $120, if I return I will only get around $90 back), but rather try reselling. Product is brand new, still wrapped, good condition, but again, if you want to use this site you should probably order 3-4 months in advance.
Very easy to navigate the site. I didn't get the voucher advertised as being in the used book.
Wanted Systematic Theology, picture on screen showed that, got the workbook instead. Now it cost me 113% of a book to return them. Next time I will use Amazon.
First, they said me can't send the book to my US address...and canceled my order, then, on my second order, they said me did not have the book...
