It is great to have rented books when they are so expensive to purchase at CU.

I never received the book I ordered back in December. Two emails to Bigger Books with no response. I now have to go to the bank to get the charges reversed. Will never use them again.

After my review, we magically received the book we had been missing. Lindsay said they have no record of my emails, but I responded directly to an email from them asking about our order, I've attached pictures.

The email from Bigger Books provided a link to click on to submit feedback about our order. I responded with this link, order number, problem, etc. twice. It tells you someone will get back to you within 24 hours. That never happened. Apparently the link provided by Bigger Books for feedback doesn't operate properly.

I got the book a week ago. It was in poor condition, and all the pages were out of order.

It was very quick and easy to order and came very fast in the mail

I ordered the book from Bigger Books because it was shown
As available. After ordering the book, I got an email,not the same day, that the book would be delayed due to the supplier.
Once I received the book, the paper cover of the hardback book was scrunched and torn.

Great book, other then the fact that it's a loose leaf book so i had to buy a binder for it.

I've never ordered from Bigger Books before and the purchase transaction was seamless! Had to find a good quantity of textbooks for a class that was added last-minute. Dealing with multiple vendors is rough but my BiggerBooks transaction was easy. Thank you BiggerBooks!

This workbook came already written in and filled out with hand-written answers. I expected to be able to use this for a class I'm teaching and it is not usable. Very disappointing.

Books came in great condition and timely, actually sooner then expected.

I needed a book fast, however I still have yet to receive part of my package so until I get that part of my order I think all is going ok.

The text book was delivered on time and it's in great condition.
