I ordered from Bigger Books because they had expedited shipping and could get my order to me in time for a conference. Without any warning or communication, my order was canceled, and by the time I found out it was too late to re-order from BiggerBooks or anyone else.

System indicated book was in stock but it was not. Never received the book.

Looked for used books, needed for school, easy, fast, cheap, great condition.

It was fast and accurately done. And I appreciated the speed of it arriving.

This book is rented, though, correct? So some instructions on how to return it would be helpful.

The book arrived in good shape, but it is not what I was expecting. It is worthless for my research, so I have sent it back. There is absolutely no way to get in phone contact with Bigger Books, which I consider as a sign of lacking in customer care. Yes, I was able to "chat" with someone eventually, but even that feature was hidden. It was rather obvious that the representative really did not want to help me with my issue, but she reluctantly did in the end. I paid full price for the book I returned. Maddeningly, Bigger Books sent me an email coupon or notice of the same book being 50% off one day after I received it. All around, this was not a great experience!

Great prices fast shipping I highly recommend this site for ordering books especially if you need it for schooling

I wasted an hour searching their site and ordering over 20 items. They charged me immediately and today I received an email saying my order was cancelled because they could not find any suppliers. No suppliers for any of my 20 plus items. It is ridiculous to list items the way they do.

Worst site that I have ever used. Waited 3 months and never received my book, ended up cancelling and getting less money than what I paid for. Awful service, it should be made aware that the book is not in stock instead of letting us place the order.

The item arrive in not a new condition. The binding inside is broken so I have to be extra careful now to not break it and let all the pages loose. The item was a bit slow on being shipped and did receive a reply from customer service, but once shipped everything went okay. Really upset about the condition the item arrived as it is supposed to be new.

I am an Education major and I needed this book for 1 of my classes. This is my first using this company excellent service and I love the book

Didn't take long since I was able to track and it came on time without and damages

I ordered a textbook, then I dropped the class. The textbook arrived, I returned it in accordance with the Biggerbooks return policy. They denied me my refund, $140, because they claim there was dog hair on the book. I have made multiple requests via customer service for the photos to be sent and they still have not done so.

A) I never even opened this textbook. B) This was a rental textbook, and a normal semesters worth of wear and tear must cause far more damage than a small amount of dog hair... To claim $140 worth of damage due to dog hair, which IF it even exists would have only been on the cover of the book, is absolutely ridiculous.

As I discovered, this website will literally find any reason to keep your money. My situation was a return/refund, but I must assume they do this for rental returns as well. Do not rent from them, do not buy from them. Taking advantage of students.

I really like the experience, I was able to get my book for my class for a cheaper price than the original pricing which I am so grateful for.

The only problem I had was delivery took a little long, but I did use the free option so that can kind of be expected. Otherwise, everything was great.

Book came early and looks great. Will look to order more often on this website.
