I have tried multiple times to find out the status of my order to no avail. I have not gotten a response from Bigger Books. This has been a very negative experience.
I ordered the Principles of Physics book on May 6th and have not received my book yet.
I ordered this book months ago. After I while I noticed it never sent so I reached out to customer support. They never responded to me and I only saw the order was canceled when I checked myself.
Said they had my book. Took my money. Five days later they write to say they can't "procure" the book! Why say you have something when you don't? Why charge an account before an item is shipped? Misleading.
Horrible. Canceled my order and sold the book to someone else. I ordered this book 2 days after the author died. It sold out everywhere. Not even an email saying my order was cancelled. I tried to check shipping and had to call to find out. 0 stars, still can't find a copy. To my knowledge it was in the mail. No excuse to just cancel my order and not contact me. Still on my credit card statement, and have not been refunded.
When I purchased the book that I needed for school, I did not get a receipt for the order or any sort of confirmation for the purchase. Then there was no direct contact number to discuss the situation. I reached out using their chat session. Thinking I was texting with a robot, I explained to the agent about not getting a receipt and after a few minutes passed, he located my order and emailed the receipt. He explained that there was a glitch with their system and apologized for the mishap. This was my first experience ordering from BiggerBooks. Not sure if I would order again but if I do, I will be sure to read the reviews with low ratings.
Was informed after my card was charged that the book was out of stock, and have received neither the book nor further updates but emails as though the transaction is complete

I ordered a book for class and when I checked on the status the order had been cancelled. I was never notified about the cancellation or given a reason. Had to scramble and get my book elsewhere.
Could not guarantee books I bought. Horrible experience
The only thing I want is my money back. I HAVE NEVER REDEEMED YOUR CODE, THE ELSEVIER PERSONEL ADVISED ME TO COME BACK TO YOU TO FILE FOR A REFUND RIGHT AWAY AFTER I GAVE HER THE ISBN OF YOUR BOOK THAT WAS NOT MATCHING THE ONE I NEEDED. Please if your plan is not stealing, give me back my money
I bought a book that stated it would take 3-5 business days to deliver. I got email stated it was shipped but no tracking was proved after 10 days I emailed them to ask for a tracking number but they were unable to provide but stated it was shipped. A couple days later I emailed them again as it was now 14 business days and no book or tracking and asked if they could cancel order since they can't provide a tracking number, they replied and stated they can't cancel as book was shipped. I then asked them to prove shipment with a tracking number and they were unable to again. I now decided to call my credit card company and stop payment after doing so they canceled my order and refunded and stated supplier was unable to provide book. Not only did they lie they kept me hostage for over a month over a book I could have gotten right away somewhere else.
Their site said it was in stock then after I ordered they said it was back ordered.
Spent serious time looking for a hard to find book that you said you had when you didn't.
Ordered over 2 weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping. Still haven't received it and when I ask for a refund they say it's been shipped but can't provide a tracking number or an ETA on when it will be sent out.
This manga was listed for sale in stock, but wasn't. Very disappointed that the site even listed it for sale, generating some false hope that maybe they had a copy. Instead, I waited three weeks, sent emails, and was finally told it was never in stock to start with but the supplier had it on back order with no date of receiving it. In fact, it's out of print, so it won't ever come in stock.
I was very pleased with bigger books having my item.
