After payment was received, I never received any other communication from the company despite emailing and attempting to reach customer service. If notifications were sent or if customer service answered calls, I would not have assumed there was a problem with the company. The book was in great condition and arrived in time for my class, but the process was very frustrating.
Bigger Books refused to refund my purchase. I waited close to 2 weeks for the book to be delivered. When I finally was informed that my book had arrived it was not where the post office said it was left. I messaged bigger books 3 times before finally getting a response informing me that because it was marked as delivered I was refused a refund, even though I had not received the item. The book was already late by a week it was supposed to arrive on the 6th but was not even processed until then. I thought I had found a reliable source to get my books, how wrong I have found that assumption has been. I ended up purchasing the book again from eBay who delivered my book in two days. Waiting for this purchase that I never received cost me more than what I got it for on eBay and made me 3 weeks behind in my class. I will never purchase another book from this site again.
I am disappointed. I bought a book for classes and I paid for expedited shipping to get it before class started and it did not make it. I had found another way to have the book for class. I spent a lot of money to get the text book. I returned it right away. It has been 4 weeks since I returned the book and I still have not got the refund. The return policy on the website fails to mention... which I was just told over live chat text, since they do not have a phone number to call. That after they get the book, processing take 2-3 week. The return policy on the website does not mention anything about a 2-3 week processing time for the book return. Well, then what happened to my book, if it is just sitting in processing? I was told that the book was received on 06/26/23. At first I was told that my book was a rental, it indeed was NOT a rental. I am confused why it is taking so long to process. I literally received the book, opened the package placed the return paperwork, placed the return label and shipped it back.
The shopping experience was quick and easy. Point and click, straight-forward, easy to read and understand.

I ordered a book to rent from this company for 35 dollars. I had not received an email that book had shipped. At this point it had already been two weeks. I finally email customer service asking where my book was? They stated because the information of the billing and shipping information didn't match they had canceled my order. They never sent me an email stating that it was canceled. They never even reached out to ask questions. My mom and dad are divorced. That's why it doesn't match. Then they said it's not that they didn't believe I was being honest but they have to protect customers. Am I not a customer? Then they offer me 5$ to apply to my next order. Again what's bothering me is that they didn't even notify me right away when the order was canceled.
Really 5$ I need this book for school, school started already. They should've offered to repurchase it for me or expedite shipping. For 35$ if I was a thief I would have bought the book. This is my education, how inconsiderate of a company who's clientele are all students.
I will most definitely will be using this company again.
