The book was due to be received by Aug 1. That is why I bought the book. On Aug 7 the order status is showing "processing". As I will not receive the book by Aug 8, I had to cancel.
I did receive a full refund. Thank you.
I would like to suggest that if the order cannot be filled, the customer be contacted and advised about the delay in the order.

They cancelled my order and never sent an email notifying me that the order was cancelled

The product shipped quickly and was in great new condition.

I searched the web for a book my child wanted and found it advertised new and cheaper than used versions on this site. I ordered the book only to have the order canceled a week later, by the website, because they never had the book to begin with.

The order stayed on processing for almost two weeks. Horrible experience. Would NOT recommend!

I knew the book I was looking for. Ordered it. It was shipped promptly, was an excellent condition. Very happy with my experience. Highly recommended.

Out of the handful of books i tried to order i only got one, the rest apparently cant be sourced but you can buy them, then you get a refund and a waste of time.

My order was eventually cancelled because they ended up not having the book they had sold me. While I got refunded, this is hardly the service I expect form professional book sellers. Get your inventory database in order!

Ordering the books was so amazing and easy. But, I'm very disappointed that I never received my order.

Unhappy with how the pricing for shipping kept changing, and getting charged more with out notification.

Because my billing info was "irregular" (?) my order was cancelled and I was NOT notified. It was falsely marked as "delivered" and I guess no one was planning on ever telling me that it was cancelled? Now, I have to try to order it again, and the books are now MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHEN I ORDERED THEM THE FIRST TIME. This is the worst site and the worst customer service and I've had a terrible experience with BiggerBooks. I recommend purchasing books from ANY other site.

I searched for a book on google and found it on BiggerBooks. I ordered the book.

2 weeks later I received an email from SiteJabber asking me to review the book. I realized that I had never received it so I contacted support.

This is the only response they sent back:
"I apologize but your order has been cancelled because we were unable to ship the item requested"

Nothing about a refund, no next steps, no help. I've had to follow up with my credit card to ensure payment is refunded and I also need to go search for that book again.

Arrived on time because I have summer school and I needed it right away.

Book look a new. Service is great. Now I know where to rent book!
