I found a title I've been looking for. Put in an order. A few days later I received an email saying the shipment was delayed due to them not having the book in stock...A few days later I submitted an email asking for an update. I have yet to receive a response. A few days after that I got an email asking me to rate my order and experience. I'm upset because if Bigger Books didn't have the book I wanted they shouldn't have advertised they did. They need to either return my money or send me my order.

Super easy to find the book I needed. There was several purchase options and I was easily able to get the one that suited me best.
Placed order on 08/17, received email that book did not ship from warehouse in time, sent status request through online submission form and still no response from anyone and its been more than 24-48hrs.

After offering the book for sale, my order was eventually cancelled because you actually didn't have the book available. Really goofed up my plans.
It is always a smooth transaction. Always offering quick shipping. They always seem to have everything that I need.
The BiggerBooks website showed that the book I wanted (Steven K. Roberts's "Computing Across America") was currently available at a good price. I placed the order and paid. Several days later I discovered that my order had been cancelled and my money refunded -- without explanation. The website still shows the book to be available. I don't want the refund; I want the book! Why was my order cancelled?
It was easy to follow and simple to place an order.
It was easy to shop online, but when the book arrived I found that it is missing appendix A. This means I can do the practice questions, but I can't check my answers. Appendix A would be very helpful if I had it. I need this book for a college class. It is unfortunate that my copy isn't useful as it could have been.
When I received an email indicating that the book was arrival late after I paid for an expedited delivery, I asked to cancel my order. I was told that I could not cancel it. Instead, I had to wait for the delivery and then return it. There are no instructions for returning the item. I've reached out to BiggerBooks a few days ago and have not received a response. Unpaid over $100 for the book!

I ordered a book and the transaction went through and I received confirmation. A few days later I noticed a credit for the purchase amount. The book never shipped and I never received any word as to what happened or why. I attempted to chat with the company and it kept kicking me out. I ended up finding the book cheaper somewhere else at the end of the day.
Never received book; no communication or information under my account
I ordered three books on 7/25 and they still haven't been shipped as of 8/7. I got an email a week ago saying there was a change in availability from their supplier, and it would be coming soon. No communication since then. I emailed again a couple days ago but have yet to hear a response. Still hoping this will be resolved soon, but I'm starting to worry I won't have these textbooks in time for class to start. Better communication would be appreciated!
UPDATE:
I finally received a new communication on 8/13 (as a result of my review) saying the order had been canceled and refunded. I'm thankful for the refund, but it was a serious hassle to have to wait almost 3 weeks just to find out I was never going to get my order. Thankfully, I was able to order directly from the publisher, it just cost more than the items were listed for on this site.
