Very happy with my first-time experience using BetterWorldBooks! From order to tracking to receipt, the process was very smooth and efficient. I love the sustainable mission and the option to not use the big-box alternative while still getting a very good price. Will definitely use them again.

Good manga with low price, Ex library books, Some had stains in the pages but it doesn't affect the actual manga and is still readable

Books got here on time and in good condition~. Eager to read these classics from my childhood and would recommend this site to anyone, especially since it's not Amazon.

I wanted a physical book that I could share with my family. But the cost was a problem, especially with shipping. I was talking with a friend about this she recommended BetterWorldBooks. Check out their website, read their mission statement. They seem to be doing everything in a very reasonable way. Even helping with global warming. I have now placed three orders for a total of 12 books. I'm 100%+ satisfied with every book.

USA to Canada 21 business later no book. BWB ask me to wait another week. What a joke. Takes no more than 14 days and usually much less to get USA shipments. China to Canada takes less than 21 business days in fact I got an item in 2wks from China. I will never buy from BetterWorldBooks again. Paypal claim got me my refund. Avoid this dealer or make sure you use Paypal to secure yourself.

I have been using Better world books for about a decade and absolutely love it. Their customer service is fantastic and deliveries are prompt. Plus, great deals on a large selection of quality books!

The book I ordered was in beautiful condition. Arrived very quickly even in this era of slow delivery. Will order from this firm again if I buy a used book and Betterworldbooks carries it.

I got the book that i ordered for my 6th grader daughter and received that in very good condition. My daughter loved it.

Good selection, fair prices (free shipping!), and a politic of donating profits. What's not to like? The timing of the Shipping to France is a bit unpredictable, but that's on the post. Customer service and follow-up by better world books are unbeatable.

Can recommend strongly for both used and new boks! Will be doing all my book shopping here from now on.

I will never use this site again. They are sending me spam 3 times a week. There's no way to unsubscribe. I emailed customer service, and the spam stopped for a while, THEN IT STARTED UP AGAIN. Nightmare.

I greatly prefer using Better World Books to its massive competitor in the U.S. BWB has an excellent selection of affordable books that are in good shape. I am supporting small businesses in this way, and all the good things that BWB does with its income. One of my books even arrived with a personal inscription from the author. I would like to see more organizations like this.

This is a great business. The selection of books was huge, and my order was handled promptly. Excellent email support, too. I received exactly what I ordered; the books were in excellent shape. This is a great resource for purchasing used books, especially since the days of library book sales, etc., are sadly behind us - at least for the foreseeable future.

I received my purchase on time, and in excellent condition. Better World Books has become my first stop for book purchases - as a former library worker, I love their business model and am happy to support their work.
