The questions leading up to this experience were great, and I could see that there was a good platform to start my training. The training doesn't overwhelm you but really works you. The training seems to be well balanced as does the advice on nutrition. App is easy to use had a small bit of stress getting started.

I signed up for one plan but realized that with my disabilities, it was too much up and down off the floor for me. The customer service was amazing and their response time was incredible. The gave me options and once I picked a new/better for me plan, then set everything up for me. I didn't have to do anything. I'm was so impressed by that. Thank you!

I signed up for BetterMe to do the 28 day calisthenics challenge as I was looking for some exercise options that work for my upcoming work travel achwdule.I love this app because I don't have to think about what exercises I need to do daily and they don't take a lot of equipment. The added bonus training options are also awesome if you want to add to the program and increase intensity.

This is not for me. Coaching and logging meals is far more that I expected. I just wanted to learn some chair yoga to to feel healthy and toned. This app is perfect for a younger generation than mine which is 60's to 70's!
