I love that it provides different meal plans and ways to better achieve your goals and ways to track them. I love that I don't have to wear shoes or go anywhere and the work outs are fast. I'm just starting out but I do hope they get a little more challenging and up my heart rate! Right now I'm just being introduced to the moves which is good for me as it's my first time with any kind of Pilates.

This app is user friendly and has so many features that are extremely helpful. It's so nice having everything all in one place!
My only piece of feedback would be allowing the workout to show on your Lock Screen, so you don't have to keep your phone unlocked and awake your entire workout but can easily look at how much time you have left.
