I do like this. I especially like how they ask if this was enough and gives you options for more if you need more. I hurt my knee a few days ago and can hardly walk on it but I am still able to do these exercises. And the fact if it's feeling better I can add on.

Started out very simple exercises which made it easy to form a habit then it bumped up in difficulty which I liked because at first it seemed to easy but I'm glad it started that way because otherwise I realistically would've gotten out the habbit

I was in the best shape of my life when I received my Black Belt in Taekwondo 13 years ago. Then life got in the way, and let's just say I'm not in the best shape of my life. BetterMe is proving to be a great way to work in a workout at the right pace for me. I'm 54 and sedentary, so I need to ramp it up slowly, but steadily. So far, this plan is doing it for me.

Only 3 workouts in so haven't experienced any visible changes yet, but I feel great after the workouts and am definitely sore, so that tells me that its working muscle groups that I have not been working previously.

1). I paid for a Better Me band and got coaching which I wasn't sure I wanted. It seemed like bait and switch. I am fine with the coach but…
2) According to the plan I am supposed to be able to activate tracking to count my steps. I hasn't worked no matter how many times I try. The yoga flow goes automatically to my Apple Watch. Why can't my steps and exercise go from my watch to the App?
Just start using it and I am super happy already I start using a personalized program based on my needs.

It's been long since I did a workout. I have a one o surgery and these workouts for my neck are low impact which is great. I've been through a process with menopause and it takes time to readjust and get back to a healthy me. The workouts for beginners are great, little by little I will get better and stronger fit wise and mentally. I have done all of the workouts and the timing is perfect, I have time for the rest of my day and I do another workout in the afternoon plus I all twice a day. Thank you

So far I'm very happy with it. I was surprised that even these short 13 min workouts that I'm doing really do work. How do I know they work in only a few days you ask? Cuz I'm sore in a good way. I did the arm one the other day and had to have a rest day lol. I have looked at the meal guid and the food looks great!
