I enjoyed this app, just not the right time. I didn't get to do it as often as i had hoped... i found it slightly difficult to pick the right workout for me as the questions probably assumed i was less able than i am so it was a bit slow. Also it didn't link with my desktop so it looked like i hadn't been doing anything.

You can use the BetterMe app on a mobile device or on a computer, depending on what is more convenient for you. Please mind that most of the content will not sync – that is why we would recommend that you decide if you want to use the app on a smartphone or computer and stick to your choice for consistency.

Workouts are good only issue is you can only choose knee or back problems during setup. I have hip problems so I need to adjust some of exercises at avoid issues I have. But format is good and instructions on how to do exercises are clear

It has been great, the app has many features... calorie counter, water tracker, fasting monitor which is great and useful for me.
Unfortunately the videos keep buffering... which could be a challenge with our Internet here and also the transition between exercises moves fast could be because the models are different... but when working to move to the next one it feels like haven't quite mastered it yet before it's over.

I really enjoy the convenience of being able to do the workouts at home, when ever I have the time, for as long as I feel comfortable. Also multiple times through out the day, because everything I need is on my BetterMe app on my phone. I can log my calories after each meal, or at the end of the day. No pressure. Easy to keep track of everything.
