Just started using BetterMe and it is a great app with clear and simple workouts which are easy to follow.
I have found the app very helpful. I am confused in regards to calorie counting however. My calorie goal daily is the same, regardless of how much physical exercise I get in. It seems exercise should increase my available calories?

Enjoy the exercises can only handle the 12min at this stage. Struggle to remember to breathe or know when to inhale and exhale. Wasn't expecting the other features in the app..

I'm extremely overweight and find a lot of the exercises quite challenging as I cannot complete them the same way as shown in the video, however, I do my best and hope that one day I can do them as shown. I just find it might be happening a bit fast and I'm not able to have my posture or what have you correct, so could be straining other muscles perhaps while doing it. I'll keep going though.
