Joined BetterMe for a new start, but due to ill health was not able to continue. However, trying to cancel my subscription has been an absolute nightmare! They keep charging me each month $79.99 even though I have repeatedly gone in and cancelled my membership. I email them and get an automated reponse - that someone will be in touch. But no one gets in touch and they are still charging me, months later! Please do not join this company - it's a disgrace to not allow people to cancel their subscriptions. As I can see other people has the same problem that I'm having keep emailing them no reply I want a refund and cancel, I wanted only to pay for a week to try it (I didn't like it only did 2 days the meal plans disappointing the exercise confusing the app itself i fund it useless)I was charge a full month god knows why since I only agree to the one week I haven't use one day I email several times no reply whatsoever I'm really upset and by the comments of everyone I'm thinking of contacting my bank to cancel I'm scared they will charge me again unfortunately I can't trust this company and I do not recommend save yourself some trouble and pay nutritionist face to face and face to face gym in the long run will be cheaper than this or at least you save yourself a few headache and disappointment by the way I never put any complaint anywhere that's how bad I feel with the treatment provided

I purchased a1 year subscription, my macro were messed up, so I emailed them no response, then I got logged out and tried to log back in, it told me I wasn't a customer, after multiple emails attempts with no response,I finally was able to get ahold of someone on Facebook messenger and the resolve all my issues!
My suggestion is to seek them out on Facebook if you're having any problems as email is pointless!

I signed up for shredded body challenge and first day was a great workout and the following days they sent video with only 6 seconds total of a workout and said to rest for 30 seconds and cool down. I thought this was odd considering first day was 20 minutes. It appeared the video was like last two minutes of a workout, but the trainer didn't resend or give a new video just said repeat it 3 times. So total of 20 seconds total of a workout and mostly cool down is rest of the time and same thing happened the next day. Total waste of money!

I signed up 5 days ago and also got charged with additional programs and costs. I immediately emailed them with these costs and wanted to cancel. I have emailed 2 days following and have yet to get a call or email. On top of it all, it has recurring charges. Good luck

Although there is no rest period in between exercises, I adore the wall pilates. A voice explaining the activity and what will happen next is also necessary. It needs to be more carefully arranged so that you don't frequently alternate between standing and lying on the ground. It wouldn't matter as much if there was time in between exercises.I've only sometimes utilized it. In contrast to conventional videos, this one just features a person performing the exercises. When you begin the video, you must be prepared because it immediately jumps in. However, I like it. I've performed what is known as the senior stretch. I used to exercise a lot, but after a while, osteoporosis and stenosis set in due to life's circumstances. I reasoned that I had better start moving before things damage my body. All is well thus far! Definitely, I'd advise it.
It is really good platform and helps to learn workouts for any level. I've only used it a few times. It's a little different from traditional videos- no annoying voices, just a person doing the excercises. I've done the senior stretch, I believe it's called. I used to excercise a lot, then life and a few things like osteoporosis and stenosis set in. Before things ruin my body, I figured I better get moving. So far, so good! I'd definitely recommend it.
