The workouts are suprisingly a faster cadence than I expected yet not so fast that I can't breathe. I appreciate the work out routine for the last two days and I'm about to do my third.

I absolutely love this app not only is everything catered to your body type and needs but this is the only app like this that I've stuck with and that makes me feel like I can actually accomplish my goals!

Workouts that adjust to your skill level. After not working out for a few years after having my second chil I lack motivation to start up again. Paying for better me helped want to actually start working out again with day by day plans and instructional videos. My thighs are sore again in a rewarding way!

I have been working so hard to re-gain my strength and flexibility since my last pregnancy and this has given me that in a short time each day while the baby sleeps! It challenges me and give me more or less depending on my day! Looking forward to the end result! I will say I have time for cardio at least 2 times a week on top of this and trying hard to stick to a diet plan as well!

Just starting on my weight loss and feel better journey, I have found this to be easy enough to stay committed. I definitely feel the burn, but with the encouraging messages and the easy start in I feel confident this is possible!
So far, I'm loving the additional 15 minute workout in the evenings. Gets my heart rate up, my legs, abs, and bum feel the burn during the workout! And I love that you can add additional workouts after you finish if you want more, or you can stop!
