Every section of this daily routine building app is really helpful to keeping me on track! This app has made a quick work out feel so relaxed and fun. It isn't ever anything super intense, but if I'm wanting to go the extra mile, I am given the option to do more.

I have not been ok mentally of late, I cannot afford to stop work and check in at a hospital. I use my last bit of money to pay for your app. I am doing all I can to self-help. One of my triggers is the feeling of been non-existent as no one can give me five seconds of their time to help. Therefore, I feel worthless, so I reached out and message you guys. To be honest, the fact that no one cared enough to even reply on an app that is ment to help you stay mentally healthy it's downright Inhumane. So, no thank you. I will not in any way support your company. I am a local Google guide, and has 2.3 million views. I write honest reviews because I believe in integrity. I tell it how it is, out of principle alone, your company makes money out of vulnerable people. We, your customers are desperate to learn self-help to learn better ways to control our mental health. Not only did it not help but your company has increased my anxiety and self-hatred. Because once again being ignored (by your company) has confirmed that I am indeed invisible which stems from my Childhood trauma that you advertised to help overcome. So, no thank you I don't want anything to do with your company.
I've only been using the wall Pilates app for 4 days and can already feel it! I love it!

I have been using BetterMe for 4 days now and I love it. They provide me with everything I need to get back into shape and be healthier when it comes to food.
There are plenty options for exercise and meals I can choose from and it helps me organise everything in one place. This is exactly what I was looking for.
The only downside for me is that you must start the challenge as soon as you pay for it. For example, I signed up on Friday and they started me on Saturday but I needed to start on Monday. So I have to look at meals which passed already. It is not difficult but would be great to have an opportunity to start when you are ready and not when you just signed up.
I am only on day 4 but I truly believe this is something that I will be happy doing daily as a stay at home mom.
