I was skeptical at first, but honestly these workouts have been great! Low impact, especially for beginners, easy to do!
The exercises have been short and hard enough. Only one has been too hard, considering I'm a middle aged, obese woman, and this was my fourth day training. Even my friend who is super fit, could not do it 😂 It's good to feel the burning feeling in the muscles. But one day I will do it, I've taken it as a challenge 💪

The one on one personal coach is an amazing ad on to the plan. My coach Amanda is so helpful and supportive. The exercises are just right for someone who is out of shape. They are not to difficult.
The workout is presented in an easy to follow method. Honestly doesn't feel difficult in the moment, but definitely feel the effects.
I enjoy the timers/notice of each exercise, including rest to transition to the next exercise. Love that the video demonstrates for duration entirety across entire workout. Nice that u can reflect level of personal difficulty and if need for adjustment after each day's corresponding wrkout.
I was sore after second day, and was out of town then for 2 days but I find it very beneficial when I do it
I had a question/issue, and they responded very quickly. The workouts are perfect and I LOVE the reminders about drinking water!
It's only been 4 days so an in-depth review can't be written. That said, I feel the exercises; the time goes by quickly, they challenge the beginner in me.
