It took me a bit to sign up because I wasn't sure if it would be worth it, could I just piece together a program for myself. It has absolutely been worth it! I am glad I signed up, and look forward to the continuing on this journey. At 68 years old, I have to admit that I've become too sedentary. I have definitely gotten too flabby for my liking. I just started and sat far it has been great. I feel like i'm actually doing something but not over doing it at the same time. Its only 15mins a day but you definitely feel the affects of your work the next day! Can't wait to see my results!

The exercises have been short and hard enough. Only one has been too hard, considering I'm a middle aged, obese woman, and this was my fourth day training. Even my friend who is super fit, could not do it 😂 It's good to feel the burning feeling in the muscles. But one day I will do it, I've taken it as a challenge 💪
