I successfully received delivery of my vacuum cleaner. Appreciates the diligence of the young man who delivers it. We were having heavy rains and he still got her within the time frame and delivered box safely in front of my door out of the rain. Very much appreciated.

I live in the boonies and my beautiful Miele vacuum was still delivered the exact next day! So far I love working with it.

I didn't receive tracking information, so I called customer service and the representative was very apologetic for it not updating and explained the reason it didn't update. He checked on my order and provided me with the date of delivery and tracking number. The order arrived on the date provided.

Needed to replace a broken part. The Miele website was clear on compatibility but this website was. They offered me a 10% coupon as a first time customer and I got free shipping due to the higher cost of my part. The shipping was quick, maybe quicker than quoted and I've been using my Miele with my replacement part that fit perfectly and I couldn't be happier!
