When checking out with pay pal, should not have to input info that pay pal would supply

Basically fine except I was asked to input credit card info twice... I was able to arrange for return of hepa filter that did not fit my older 314i Miele canister vac. Tom was very helpful in emailing a return mailing label for me.

Vacuum was to be sent on Monday was not sent until Tuesday, Called Tuesday and was told that FEDX had it called Fedx and since I had dealt with them for years in my Professional life, that was not the case until Tuesday. Seems like someone dropped the ball! The Fedx people were great.
