Easy purchase experience, fast delivery
I've always dealt with a local vacuum sales and repair company, trying to keep my money local. That company was sold and I was not pleased with the customer service of the new owners. Despite that I called them first about a Miele and they were not helpful or pleasant. That's when I found bestvacuum.com. Their efficiency and courteousness met and surpassed my standard. In addition, with free shipping the cost of my vacuum was less than if I had shopped locally. Enjoyed the experience very much and a highly recommend them.
I always find what I need and only use bestvacuum for all my Miele Vacuum needs!
Fast shipping
Selecting and purchasing my vacuum was quite simple but the time to ship was way too long. It took several phone calls to customer care before I could get a resolution. No one answered my email attempts to support for assistance. A service rep finally offered a solution as an upgrade so that my vacuum could ship sooner then then my original ordered vacuum. I appreciated the offer as a solution but feel service could have been much better prior to that.
