Great shopping experience, quick and easy.

I appreciated my credit card company flagging-this purchase (this kind of amount $$$ is unusual for me)... and I was SO impressed with how quickly my vacuum came (yup -24 hours!)... The website was very easy to navigate... tracking the shipment was wonderful... and after spending so much money, I am very hopeful that this vacuum will last as long as my Electrolux Epic (over 20 years).

This vacuum has been returned over a week ago...

I have had one of these vacs before in UK. Best vac I have ever used. Quick and easy to order and delivered the next day. I would recommend this vac to anyone. Not sure why they are so expensive in USA, not as expensive in Europe. But having said that, it is worth every penny and will last years.
