So thank you sherries berries for making this valentines day special not only did I spend extra to make sure my gift showed on today but not I have to go spend more so I won't show up empty handed on valentines day for my wife and look like a complete ahole this is the last time I use you guys

Most unprofessional business I have worked with!

I ordered a dozen of the gourmet strawberries to be delivered on Valentines Day. Failed to deliver them until the 15th. When questioning Customer Support they stated the delay was due to an influx of orders. In other words they knew my order would not be delivered as promised due to the volume of orders they were taking. They never stopped taking orders but still assured purchasers they would be delivered on Valentines Day. It was almost impossible to speak with the customer support person because of partying in the background. They were not taking calls. They were laughing, shouting and even at one point screaming about getting pudding. I had to ask the customer support person and the supervisor to ask the other "workers" to please shut up so we could finish our phone conversation. Will never order from or recommend this company to anyone.

Over priced rotten berries

My husband is away for work out of state for Valentine's day. He ordered a dozen of these berries for delivery from 1-800-flowers. They arrived this afternoon and I immediately opened the box to find the berries leaked juice all over the inside box. The white coated berries were so small and my first bite greeted me with a fizzy rotten taste on my tongue. I decided to try another one and the same result. Disgusting!

Wasn't that great

I ordered 2 dozen strawberries and a bouquet of fruit. The fruit basket was messed up when it was delivered. Last year I never recied my strawberries. So this is it for me.

So disappointed

My order arrived on time. A dozen dipped strawberries for $60. The box was wet and sticky and the strawberries on the inside we're crushed. Too embarrassed to give it as a gift. They did refund my money though.

Ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries a week before Valentine's Day only for it to not be delivered to my spouse at work! Customer service is slow and doesn't respond. Paid $70 to be hung out to dry to my wife! Steer clear of this craphole

Never on time

I've ordered berries 2 times from them and not once was they ever on time...I ordered on Feb 8th to be delivered by Feb 14th they never get there until the next day or in this case late in the day...I tried to have them delivered to her place of employment never got there befor they closed...guess this was a trial and error.I'll never order from them again.

DO NOT BUY SHARIS BERRYS

This company has ZERO integrity. I ordered 2 sets of flowers and berries. One for my wife one for my daughter. The order number was the same. I ordered on the 10th of February and was "guaranteed" delivery on the 14th. I recieved an email saying one would be delivered on the 14th and the other delivered on the 15th! Same order, same order number, two different delivery dates. I will NEVER order from this horrible company again. The customer service reps are just as bad. They said they would contact me but never did. Hopefully enough people realize that this company sucks that they go out of business. I spent $250 and did not receive my flowers and berries on time. Zero stars for this company ZERO stars for customer service. Thanks for ruining Valentines Day. Lesson learned. I hope anybody thinking about ordering from this company will heed my warnings. This company is the worst.

Expectation vs. Reality

You know those side by side photos of Real Life vs. Instagram? That is what we have here.
First off, they were delivered a day later than the selected date.
Second, they look like a child dipped them and toss them in a container to rush out the orders. The shipping package was well done but the presentation of the actual strawberries was quite disappointing.
The taste is mediocre at best. Do yourself a favor and shop local if you are looking to gift someone some dipped strawberries.

No delivery on V day

I placed an order over a month in advanced for Valentine's Day. My order was paid for and confirmed. On the day of the delivery, I check the tracking and it has not shipped. I contact Shari's Berries. I ended up on a 2 hour long chat where they couldn't replace the item. Were only able to offer a downgraded item for shipping maybe the next day. We'll see if it arrives. They would not refund the difference because the prices of the item I ordered had gone up in price since that time. So in their eyes I was actually getting more because the downgraded item costs more now then it did when I ordered in advance. Most likely the prices increase as we got to Valentine's Day. So I am out of luck without my order on v day. A downgraded item is coming. It took me hours to get even that. The customer service was awful and didn't know what I wanted or how to help through out the discussion. Terrible all around!

Order was not delivered and no notification of berries not being available. Thought a coupon to come back for $20 off would suffice for not bothering to show up or notify of no delivery. Purchase from a company that can deliver instead

Don't waste your time with this company! The title says it all. They were supposed to deliver a box of chocolate covered strawberries to my daughter on Saturday. They sent an email late Saturday night saying there was a problem with my delivery. When I called the number on the email they said my order would not be delivered until Tuesday. So I had them cancel the order. Today, Monday, my daughter receives AN EMPTY BOX WITH A MELTED ICE PACK. Calling customer service is a complete waste of time!

3X NOT a Charm!

You cannot make up how badly this company can screw up an order. I tried to send a Thank You gift to relatives who helped me move an entire household from California to Texas with a Uhaul Truck and Trailer on their Birthday and I wanted to get the Thank You gift to them on the birthday. Working with Sherries Berries on this simple order has been as much work as the entire household move. FIRST they make you pick three different delivery dates if you want to add two upgrades like fruit and candy to your strawberry order. Then they miss delivery on all 3 orders and don't really tell you they missed the delivery. So when you call customer service they won't give refund for missed delivery but they say they will re order. All three orders were delivered to different addresses - the pictures show different houses and driveways, none correct and they don't give actual address. This is a SCAM. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered flowers and berries 8 days before valentines day as a package they deliver the flowers the next day 2/7/23 who deliveries the flowers 7 days early chatted with customer service no help. They could careless just provide excuses DONT USE THIS COMPANY CALL SOMEONE ELSE they are scam

I have ordered from this company several times over the years, but after the latest experience I had with them, I will NEVER order from them again. I placed an order on 1/16/23 for delivery on 1/26/23 for my mother, who lives in another state, for her birthday. I had not received a shipping notice as of 1/25 and the order was due to be delivered the following day, so I checked on their website, only to see the order had been confirmed, but not yet shipped. I did an online chat with a CSR and I was told the order was in transit (although their website did not show this) and she gave me a tracking number. I got on FedEx tracking site and saw the package had not been received from the shipper. So the CSR lied, as the package had not yet left their facility. I got back on the online chat again and chatted with a different CSR. I knew the order would not be delivered on the following day as scheduled, so I asked for the order to be cancelled. The confirmation sent at the time of order states orders cannnot be cancelled if they have been shipped or delivered. As this order had not yet left their facility, the CSR could have cancelled the order, but she refused to cancel stating once an order has been processed, they cannot cancel it. This isn't what their confirmation shows, so this is another lie. After several minutes of arguing with the CSR online, I realized it was a waste of time. Approximately 2 hours after my online chat, I get an email stating the order had shipped, so it is obvious to me, they delivered the package to FedEx only after my complaint. Then on 1/26, the scheduled delivery date, I get an email stating there were shipping delays, which I consider another lie, as the issue was that the order was never shipped out in time to make the scheduled delivery date. I consider the confirmation a contract, as they were supplying me with berries and I was issuing them a payment and the confirmation clearly shows a scheduled delivery date of 1/26. My mother finally received the berries on 1/28, which is 2 days after her birthday and the scheduled delivery date. This company obviously does not care if they honor their commitments to their customers and taking to a customer service rep is a waste of time. I encourage anyone considering ordering from this company to read all the negative reviews before making their decision.
