I ordered 20dozen strawberries for an event and they only delivered one box! It took three days of chatting with them (since there is no phone number or email) to get them to finally agree to refund- mind you this was well over $800. They assured me I would receive a call and delivery the following day- which never happened. I am astounded by how unorganized and uncaring they are. Horrible horrible horrible. Never again!

So i paid 145.00 to 165.00 for a dozen rose's and chocolate covered strawberries with a 19.99 teddy bear and 5.00 custom card. Through no fault of 1800flowers or sheri berries my girl became sick. Now it was a nightmare with customer service up until the last minute speaking with multiple reps across three days
To finally get the order rerouted to her home. Once the product it did not look at all as advertised understanding I read the disclaimer about product not looking exactly like pictures. This dozen rose's was so far of the mark. It was not even funny. The brown teddy was white and looked liked something you could win from a crane machine or a dollar store teddy. The chocolate coverd strawberries while my girl said they were all right some of the berries were so small while others were huge and chocolate design was definitely cheap. And the custome card was supposed to be in romantic cursive, instead it came in stupid block lettering!

Received a dozen of beautifully decorated chocolate covered strawberries, and every single one was overripe and not fresh.

Package arrived with the ice pack melted. Everything in the box was wet. The berries were water soaked and had mold. I received these as a gift and I don't have the heart to tell the senders. I can't believe what the dozen costs. What a waste of money...they ended up in the garbage.

I order 24 strawberries for a boy baby shower the strawberries were not delivered on time they came the day after! Second the strawberries were molded and did Not look like online. The Now waiting on a 10 day refund. I would NOT order from this company!

I ordered this on the 12th to be delivered on my wife's birthday which is the 23th and it was not delivered until moments ago on the 14th.

Strawberries were ordered and to be delivered on a Thursday. It's Saturday morning and they are still "out for delivery". I called and they are sending a replacement doz berries but won't be delivered until Tuesday., unacceptable👎. So much for the celebration on Thursday! The customer service guy was polite and very sorry for the delay and helpful with getting replacement so I'm giving them at least 1 star.

I ordered these for my daughter two weeks ago and tonight on Halloween at 8:30. They told me they attempted. Reached out to my daughter. She never received a phone call or an email when I called the company back they could not tell me how they attempted. Horrible service now I have to wait 10 business days for a refund and my daughter has nothing! Save yourself and do not order from Shari berries.

I ordered strawberries for my friends birthday in may and wasn't delivered. After my call they delivered, bat strawberries inside wasn't fresh and tested like bad sour vine.

The best bundt cake so far was the deep choclate one. Tasted like German choclate cake. Rich in intense chocolate flavor. We have had Sherrie's berries before so we expect them to be excellent as always.

We couldn't be with our 23 year old daughter on her birthday, so we did the next best thing - we sent her Shari's Berries! She and her friends loved the mermaid themed berries - they raved about the berries' colors, condition, and taste! We loved that we were able to send a personalized video in the add on greeting card we purchased. Overall a 5 star experience for our daughter's first birthday away from home! Thank you!

I have been ordering for years and have always been happy with the product. The order I placed this week did not allow me to use the promotional code.

I ordered fruit for my husbands birthday. They attempted to deliver to wrong house. Refused to deliver to MY house until the next day AFTER my husbands birthday! Worst customer service EVER!

The delivery was a disaster. The package was left in the blazing heat, resulting in burnt chocolate-coated strawberries. There was a chair was on the porch which could have been used to conceal the box and protect it from the sun's elements. Additionally, the quantity of flowers received was so minimal that it couldn't even fill a vase. This experience was highly disappointing and felt like a waste of money. We won't be using this service again.

Fed ex screwed me over with my order being delivered after Mother's Day after I placed my order days before. Then Sherrie's berries offered HALF A REFUND AND SOME JENKY SAVING BS. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Never again. Box was damaged. Ice pack was completely melted. Strawberries were warm. Icing was broken off. Requesting full refund. Major Mothers Day disappointment.

My mom called me and was very happy with the flowers and the strawberries I send them every year. She is always happy to receive them.

Berries were smashed and melted not worth the money. Inedible will not order or buy again. Need improvement.

Berries were a hit with my mother. Will definitely buy from the company again. Berries were delicious.
