I wish I would had read the reviews before I made my purchase. I had to wait 32 days for my items to get to me. And half the stuff I ordered wasn't even what I ordered. Very disappointed.
I ordered on June 10th. One of the items I got was a cute patriotic swim suit for July 4th. On June 27th, my items still haven't shipped. I reached out to customer service asking what my options were as I was leaving for my trip and my items were still not shipped. After 2 days with no contact, I started looking into things. It was then I found out that while the headquarters are listed in Dallas, TX, they are really somewhere in China. I went to cancel my order, as it stated as long as things aren't shipped, you can do that. The next day I got a response on my original email stating that my items cannot be shipped, and they will be issuing a refund. Four hours after that, I got a response on my request to cancel that things have been delayed due to the "Epidemic" and I will be receiving my items in 5-20 business days. I have reached out again for clarification, but haven't got any. My shipping isn't updated, and my card hasn't been refunded yet.
Always a great experience! I love shopping with this website. I haven't had a problem and the clothes are always so cute and very affordable. I can understand why many of the other are upset about the returns because I was a bit discouraged at first when I read that, but decided to take a chance and don't regret it once! You just have to decide if it is the right size for you before buying.
I purchased two dresses the same size. One was way to big and one was way to small. I asked them if I can return for refund and they instead offered if I can just keep the dresses because it's to expensive to return and they would only offer a discount on my next order. I did not agree I asked for full refund and at that point they stopped replying. None of the coupons they sent me worked.
Shirts looked so cute on the webpage. When my order arrived about 2 weeks after I placed it, I was highly disappointed to find none of the clothes looked anything like they did online. The material is cheap, off color, and feels like it's material used for toys. The sizes are supposed to be small and fitted, but the sleeves are odd shaped and bodices are boxy. The sewing is horrible, the pockets aren't straight, the sequins are coming off, and there are no labels to give you any information. The return policy is ridiculous. There's no return labels to make it easy for the customer. You have to pay to return their poor quality clothes, and no easy way to contact the company. So disappointing. I will never order from them again. Definitely a scam.
I ordered things over a month ago and they never said shipped so I requested money back and I got email sorry it was shipped however website doesn't show that. Now they won't respond. Awful company never will I order again
Unless you're a size 10 and under, don't order from this site! It's 100% crap. I spent $70 on tank tops and can't return them. I'm usually an XL and ordered 3X in all tops for an oversized fit and they look like mediums when I put them on. Additionally, they took 3 weeks to get to me. Don't waste your money!
I ordered clothes from here then asked for a refund because it was taking weeks for my clothes to ship. They told me I'd get the money back in 7 business days. It's been way past 7 days, and I still never got my money back and they won't reply to me now. My bank account was hacked and all my money was stolen shortly after I placed an order on this site! Stay away they are scammers!
I placed an order and received a top in the wrong color and they pretty much said it wasn't a issue and they couldn't give me a refund or replacement. I will never order from these rude people again! Shipping time was ridiculous also!
Bad quality, unable to return nor exchange. Costumer no service, no reply to multiple email. Costumer service so bad.
This is the worst company they have there sizing off so you can't go by there chart therefore u don't really know what size you wear in it u just take a chance if it fits

So if it don't fit your out that money plus shipping better off going to Amazon if doing online shopping!
Purchased two COATS (Plaid Pocket Button Turn-down Collar Coat - Red) but received two flannel material SHIRTS, with only the vests lined in very thin fleece. The wind blows right through the sleeves and the vest area doesn't protect from the wind much better. Hand pockets are very shallow. Decorative chest pockets flaps only, no actual pocket. Tried to leave a review on their website but there's no way to do so, even if you have an account with them. Therefore, it would seem the "reviews" on their site are not from actual customers. Shipping time was what I expected but I was sent an email from them stating delays due to the "aggravation of the current epidemic" and that "most flights had been cancelled", which we all know the PANdemic is well over and flights are operating as per usual again. I tracked the package and it hadn't even left their warehouse! I certainly don't appreciate being lied to, AND sent SHIRTS instead of the COATS I ordered. By the look of the other reviews here, I doubt a refund will be easy to get. Bad Business. Waste of time and money. My advice would be to spend a little more elsewhere and get something you can actually use.
Terrible Customer Service. Didn't receive package and they said that maybe it was stolen but I'd have to pay all the shipping fees to get it delivered again. No options for refunds. Return policy is non-existent as well. They don't allow returns for most things even to exchange for a different size. Would not recommend.
Absolutely abysmal customer service experience. Needed to return a hat and customer service started "helping" me by haggling about what the refund amount would be instead of giving my options first. They lead with the assumption returning the item would be too expensive and offering me a 15% refund. Emails were exchanged a minimum of 6 times before they admitted they could offer a 40% refund or I could send the item back to China but the address needs to be very specific and insurance needs to be put o the item. When I accepted the refund but let them know I would not be able to write a good review as my experience was poor - they offered me another 10% refund. Basically admitting they were keeping the truth from me from the jump.
My advice - only purchase products based on your exact measurements and be prepared to only accept a partial refund as it is insane to expect products to be shipped back to China on the expense of the purchaser.
I got my shipment and it was perfect both items! The quality is great and can't wait to wear on my next outing! Everything was true to size and fits perfectly!
Prepare to keep everything you buy regardless of fit or quality. I was offered 15% back to keep the items which was insulting since I wanted to return 4 items for lack of quality totaling over $70. One dress was completely see through. So disappointing. I will not be a returning customer.
BelleLily. The bathing suit I bought was made WRONG, and it looks awkward. One arm circumference is longer than the other I even sent pics, and they would not exchange or give full refund. They will only give 35% refund for a suit I can't wear. If I return it they take out shipping + from original purchase. I will pay shipping twice due to their poor quality.
Love your vintage styles and the pop up that shows correct size based on measurements. Looking forward to receiving and enjoying my new clothes!
They have horrible quality wrong sizing and wont issue exchanges or refunds. Just dont do it! I will never do business with them again.
I ordered over $300 of clothes, shoes & jewelry. The shoes & shorts were awful quality and when I tried to start my return, they demanded to send a picture of every item. Then told me to wait for one more shirt to arrive that they had previously told me was canceled. I am still waiting to hear how to return the items that are awful in quality and looked nothing like the description on the website. Shop AMYWHERE but here!
Answer: It takes about a month, or it doesn't show up at all.
Answer: Don't order at all. Company is a SCAM! Be happy you didn't decide on size yet! Go elsewhere!
